About Seward Properties

We have been thrilled to open the cottage to those exploring Seward since 2008. We have lived in Alaska for 20 years now and we fell in love with Seward the first time we visited.

Seward Properties purchased this cottage in 2006

Why Seward Properties chose Kenai Peninsula

The location of this property is incredible! We love our views, the proximity to town and that the Sealife Center is right around the corner. The cottage itself has a great deal of character and charm, a classic Seward home!

Guestbook comments from the manager

I love the location of this house! It is close to everything, has a great view and is very spacious. I feel like it was a great deal for the price and, if I ever return to Seward, I would stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing inside and outside!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This is our first experience with VRBO so we were not exactly sure how things would turn out. To start, when we walked in the house, we were surprised that the house in person is actually even better than the pictures to include the view. It slept the 8 of us perfectly and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would also like to say that Nicole was awesome to deal with. She was very informative and accommodating. We will definitely come back to this property next time we visit Seward. This is a place to you trust.

The perfect place to stay where you have magnificent views of the bay where whales, seals, otters and bald eagles were seen. Convient to many hiking trails and the harbor.

Incredible location

  • 5 of 5

The location and views are amazing, right across from the water and great playground overlooking the bay, 2 blocks away from historic shops and restaurants downtown and the Sealife Center, and a short stroll down the trail by the bay to the harbor area. Spacious, well equipped and a great fit for our group of adults and kids. Will definitely be back!

Best view in Seward

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic stay in Seward! The house was perfect for us. We were whale watching from the dining room! The kids loved the park. House was nice and clean. Only complaint was no deck out front facing the waterfront!
