This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

Fantastic location. Family of 5 (3 young kids under 8), cosy and very clean and tidy apartment. Small apartment in a great area in Paris, great communication with Vincent to also arrange a transfer to CDG for us. Very impressed.

Great central apartment

Fantastic property centrally located in the Marais district, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The location is very convenient and close to metro stations and the apartment quiet and private. The property manager was extremely helpful and assisted us with arrangements for a transfer

Fresh, new, clean with everything you could ask for. Great location, close to Notre Dame and the Seine. Lots of eating and shopping options nearby. The communication with Vincent was excellent. He was extremely helpful and confirmed all details. I would highly recommend the apartment. There were four of us, we didn’t end up using the sofa bed. It just meant we had more room for our baggage. Thanks Vincent we loved our stay in Paris.
