Casa Premia is a bright and cheerful apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Premia you will enjoy a broad view of the Mediterranean sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Premia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Premia from the street level going up approximately 105 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Premia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the bedroom. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 1.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Garden
The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling boasts a cross vault. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a arched window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
