Villa Tristano Grande is a splendid three-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Tristano Grande you will enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Tristano Grande is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Poggibonsi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Tristano Grande without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Tristano Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Villa Tristano Grande is part of a farming estate that produces extra-virgin olive oil, wine and liquor. It is possible to taste and purchase these products on the estate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the valley. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.

The patio is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling boasts a brick cross vault. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 18 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a big fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
