The Bahamian Club Beach Cottage townhome, 2 bedrooms, 21/2 bath condo has been updated with the amenities you are looking for your relaxing Vacation. there are 3 TVs through out the Beach Cottage to include a 55” HDTV, all with Roku. An electric fireplace with heat will give that special cozy feel. An assigned parking spot directly in front of the Beach Cottage makes it easy to unload your car. Visitor parking available in the unmarked parking spaces.
The new updated kitchen is designed with a beach feel and has all your cooking needs. The stainless-steel appliances are all new with white quartz counter tops with added sparkle and ready for a fully-equipped meal preparation. The dining island is large and for all your family needs and seats 5. Additional seating at the serving area.
The Livingroom will seat 6 with a sofa, loveseat and chair to view your 55-inch wall-mounted HDTV complete with Spectrum cable and Direct TV channels and Roku that will stream all your needs. WiFi is available free. An electric fireplace gives a finished decorated look. The porch is open to a sunny view of our tropical trees and is enclosed with glass windows and access to the kitchen and living room. A half bath with new full size stainless washer and dryer is available. You will find many original art pieces throughout the Beach Cottage.
The master bedroom located upstairs features a queen-size bed with a Roku TV, walk in closet and newly renovated master ensuite large glass enclosed shower with seat, double sinks and an entrance to the sunning deck. Fresh fluffy towels are of top quality.
The second bedroom features a new queen bed with a trundle bed and an additional folding bed in closet A Roku flat screen TV with cable. There is an small office space available for your convience with Wifi. The guest bathroom is newly renovated with new vanities and enclosed shower, seat, handheld showerhead and glass surround. Slider doors opens to your sunning deck.
Need to do laundry? A state-of-the-art, front load full-sized washer/dryer located on the 1st floor in the half bath.
Want to spend the day at the beach? It's just a short walk or drive. We offer a beach cart/towels/coolers to help you enjoy the day which are located in the stair closet. The beach storange unit located outside has chairs, umbrellas and toys for the children.
Baby items are available and are located in the Guest bedroom closet (highchair, stroller, pack play and small cot also.
View of NASA space launch is just outside or head to the beach and feel and see the rumbling of the launching from Cape Canaveral.
We are within an hour and 1/2 to most of the Orlando area attractions, or 20 mins. to the world-famous International Speedway. Golf courses are close by if this is your preference. Our crystal-clear pool is a winner among our guest. We offer shuffleboard and pickleball.
