Warm Breeze is an exclusive luxury 3 bedroom property situated in a private 7 villa cul de sac in the picturesque area of St George. The villa has its own private garden with 10 x 5m pool, large patio area. Furnished to an extremely high standard. There are 2 large double bedrooms upstairs with balconies. The master has a massive balcony overlooking the sea with fantastic sunset views. A large en suite with double shower and jacuzzi bath, and a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a balcony and views to the mountains, a large en suite with double shower. The third bedroom is a twin room on the ground floor, with adjacent shower room. The living area is large and open plan. A large well equipped kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler. The lounge is large with views over the pool and garden, complete with TV, 2 x 3 seater settees and leather lounger. The dining area is equipped with dining table and chairs. There is also a 3 seater sofa bed. The whole villa has fans, air conditioning and central heating for visits in the winter months. Outside there are private gardens to the front and rear with a driveway. Built in BBQ, toilet and shower. 4 sun loungers, 2 parasols, large patio table and chairs. Welcome packs and Wi Fi are available on request. There is also a cot/playpen.

We purchased the plot in 2006 and I helped with the design and build, as I loved my visits to Cyprus and decided I wanted a property of my own to come to. I am a Seascape Artist and some of my work is on display at the property, and have been painted there.

stunning villa, a pleasure to live in as so well equiped.

Transportation a must as local bus service rare and quiet a way out from the main hub of holiday resort. Just what we wanted though to listen to the sound of the sea at night. Total peace.

An excellent villa

Quietly located in Agios Georgios within easy walking distance of the excellent local taverna, this villa is well maintained with an excellent swimming pool. It was ideal for a family holiday with water parks and the local centres of Coral Bay and Pafos within easy reach. There is no shortage of tavernas within 10-15 mins drive. Highly recommended.
