Large 3 Bed Villa in Anfi Tauro Zafiro, Recently Re-decorated for Owner Living

This large, 3 bedroom villa is the most spectacular in the popular Anfi Tauro complex set in the quiet and idyllic Tauro valley.

Imagine waking up to the sounds of tweeting birds as the sun rises over the golf course beside the villa. Take a dip in the private heated swimming pool then relax in the beautiful garden with uninterrupted views of the sea. When you are up for it, brew some coffee and have breakfast in the garden. Plenty of time for golfing or sunbathing.

The unique beauty of Villa Carmela is it is the closest villa to the sea in the whole complex and is not overlooked so offers uninterrupted views and complete privacy.

The garden gets the sun almost for the entire day so if sun worship is your goal it is perfect. However, if you prefer the shade we have plenty of outdoor space that is covered and shady. You will find fantastic uninterrupted views over the Atlantic ocean and the 2nd green of the golf course.

Why not pick some fresh mint from our small organic garden and enjoy fresh mint tea from the terrace while watching the boats sail up and down the coast. Don't worry there should be plenty of mint left over to enjoy cocktails later in the evening.

By the way, kids are welcome to pick mandarin oranges from the fruit trees (when ripe) and we also have organic lemon and lime trees which we encourage you to enjoy.

We provide free Wi-Fi internet access and we have a media box that provides all UK and Scandinavian TV channels.

There are large picture windows and full length sliding doors that afford exceptional sea and golf views from inside the property.

There is a stunning garden with a webber gas BBQ, a private heated pool and an outside shower....

New air-conditioning recently installed throughout villa including a "quiet" mode for sleeping. The whole villa has recently been upgraded and refurbished at substantial cost so it really is the best villa in Anfi Tauro.

In the master ensuite bathroom there is also a fantastic jacuzzi bath so you can really relax and get into holiday mode.

Highest quality comfortable bedding and mattresses so you can fully relax and enjoy a great nights sleep.

The complex also has 2 common heated swimming pools which guests have access to.

There is also a large supermarket and a nice grill restaurant next door. They are well renowned for their BBQ's..

Anfi Tauro is the perfect place to kick back and relax with family and friends.

5 STARS! Fantastic villa, amenities and location

Just returned from a week long holiday at the Villa Carmela. The villa is exactly as it appears on the website. It has everything you could want in a villa & more. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults & 2 infants. Was spotlessly clean & well maintained. Restaurant, Spar & communal play area within walking distance. Beaches & resorts a short drive away. Would return & recommend in a heartbeat.

Fantastic villa, furnished beautifully and great location

We loved everything about this Villa - and already have planned to come back in the summer. It was perfect for us (with 3 boys 5-11)

The pool is a nice size and not deep (and warm), and outside area is great, plenty of sun and shade and the artificial lawn works well.

Inside the Villa is very spacious, all bedrooms with large en suites and living areas that are large, well presented and modern. Also found it very well equipped and everything of a good quality.

The location was great, easy to get around. We spent most evenings in Puerto Megan, 10 mins away, which was lovely with lots of choice of restaurants.

Finally Gerard was very helpful, the information provided was valuable and his communication and assistance was faultless.

Looking toward to coming back in the summer. You would not regret booking this Villa!

Der Urlaub in dieser Villa war perfekt !

Der Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichtetten Haus war einfach PERFEKT !

Alles wie man sich seinen Urlaub wünscht war vorhanden, die Betten und die Sofaecke sind in einem sehr guten Zustand! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Garten bekommt den ganzen Tag Sonne - Traumhaft!

Der Blick über den Golfplatz direkt zum Meer ist bereits wohl einmalig.

Der Pool wurde auf 27C geheizt und war somit sehr angenehm.

Der Vermieter "Ger " war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr um unser Wohl besorgt. Ich kenne keinen Vermieter der sich so sehr um seine Gäste kümmert und bedake mich sehr für die nette Betreuung.

Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder und empfehlen dies Villa gerne weiter.

The stay in this very nice and lovingly decorated house was PERFECT!

Everything as you want your holiday was available, the beds and the sofa corner are in a very good condition! The apartment was very clean and the garden gets sun all day - fantastic!

The view over the golf course directly to the sea is already unique.

The pool was heated to 27C and was very pleasant.

The landlord "Ger" was very concerned about our welfare from beginning to end. I do not know a landlord who cares so much about his guests and make me very much for the nice care.

We would love to come back and recommend this villa gladly.

A beautiful place to be.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you.This is a comfortable and spacious villa with great mountain and sea views.

We only had one problem............we had to leave!

Superb Villa with sea views

This was an absolute fantastic Villa and extremely value for money. We certainly felt that it was the best one on the complex and certainly in the best position. We spent most nights having BBQ's in the superb garden and in the day relaxed on the comfy sun lounges looking over the golf course down to the sea and were not over looked at all. The villa was exactly how it was described and felt like home from home. Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival and is quite obviously maintained to a high standard. Ger kept in touch with us all the time and when we asked about a DVD player, one was delivered the next day.

The villa is wonderfully situated to pay a visit to Amordres and Morgan, which has lovely beaches and is our favourite place on the Island. we will definitely be visiting again and can strongly recommend it.

Nice property, lovely outlook

Lovely villa, on a stunning golf complex. Property has great views of the course and the sea. Small, well maintained garden with a pool adequate to keep the children occupied. Easy access to a small supermarket and restaurant. Ger has been extremely helpful and the great information pack provided makes life much easier, especially the recommendations of restaurants. Thanks for letting us stay!

Coast/Beach:

Tauro is based in the middle of the municipality of Mogan , which is primarily dedicated to tourism.

The main six tourist areas are all within a short drive and comprise Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Anfi del Mar, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Tauro, Playa del Curator, Taurito and Puerto de Mogan,

They all feature a range of restaurants and bars along the avenues and walkways that lead to the end of the beaches.

Amadores beach with its 5 star beach club is less than 5 minutes from the 19th villa.

Travel:

Las Palmas is the closest airport - about 40 minutes drive away. We can arrange airport collection but most people opt to rent a car from the airport.

Distances:

1 minute walk to the local Spar supermarket (fully stocked) and Tauro Grill restaurant.

Further Details:

Perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. Plenty of space in the private garden for the children.

Final Cleaning Fee A$170

Electricity is included in the price but up to a maximum usage of 10% of the rental fee. This should be more than adequate and ensures that people do not leave the aircons on all day with the doors open while not even in the villa. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure and any excess will be deducted from the security deposit. A final cleaning charge of 120 euros is also deducted from the security deposit (this is standard for Anfi Tauro).
