2 bedroom,2 bathroom Apartment on the sea front with HARBOUR VIEW .

The Apartment is located a short walk from all that Howth has to offer and only a short hop to the city centre .The Apartment is located opposite the pier looking out onto Harbour Rd ,with its restaurants ,cafe's Fish shops and Art Gallery.

The Living area is bright and light filled with floor to ceiling window allowing stunning views of Howth Harbour . A door opens out to a decked balcony with patio table and chairs . The dining area is spacious and accommodates a large table and chairs for 6 people.

The apartment has recently been completely newly furnished to a high standard .

The master bedroom with King size bed and en suite is bright with a floor to ceiling window at the front of the apartment .The second bedroom has twin beds .

There is a parking space provided in the apartments underground car park .

The train station is a two minute walk .

There is a lift to the apartment which is on the second floor and it is accessible for wheelchairs .

Cable TV , Smart TV , Internet WI FI , Netflix , sound system throughout the apartment .

A modern kitchen fitted with wall and floor units ,black granite work surface , It incorporates a Neff electric oven with four ring ceramic hob , dishwasher and fridge /freezer . Washing machine and tumble drier is located in the utility area .

Exceptional location and apartment

Howth is a convenient location with easy access to Dublin city centre. The apartment is situated in the heart of the town with beautiful views of the harbor. The area has so many wonderful eateries and a great place to walk and explore. The Abbey Tavern just a 10 minute walk and has wonderful Irish fare and offers weekly shows so worth the 15 euros. As for the apartment it is exceptionally clean, modern and nicely furnished and fully functional. Some of the value adds were the safe, keyless door system, washer and dryer and small balcony. Did I mention two bathrooms which is always a plus. Just to mention that the hot water is on a timer so if taking early or late showers there has to be an adjustment. Valerie was very helpful during the whole rental process and during my stay. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to end our three week tour of Ireland

The place is secure, easy to walk to restaurants, and acesss to train to Dublin. Everything needed to cook your own meals and great living space. Beds are firm and comfortable. We had a great experience.

The apartment was light, airy and spotlessly clean.

We had a fab stay in Valerie's apartment. The apartment was situated just across the road from the dart in the lovely town of Howth. There were plenty of places to eat and drink.

The dart took just 25 minutes to get to the centre of Dublin and a quick change at Howth Junction took us to the lovely village of Malahide and the castle.

Would love to come back. Would definitely stay at Valerie's again.

Clean, across the street from the waterfront, modern design

We loved staying at the apartment. The place is next to the Findlater Restaurant. It is very close to the Howth train station and located in an a quaint waterfront community. We stopped by the local Super Valu for some groceries. The design of the house made the stay relaxing, and pleasing to the eye. Most importantly, the place was clean and was a short drive to Dublin. We definitely would recommend this place.

Excellent location and layout.

My wife and adult children had 10 wonderful days at Sea/Harbor Front views in July 2016. The apartment was as advertised and the pictures were consistent with the facility. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything in Howth, including the Dart to Dublin. The reserved underground parking was a blessing on returning from day trips, when Howth is busy with Day visitors. Would definitely recommend to others and would certainly rebook.
