Downtown Tahoe City with an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Take a stroll down the river path (bike and stroller friendly) with miles of comfortable walking or biking alongside the Truckee River, and past Lake Tahoe. Commons beach in downtown Tahoe City has a large playground great for kids, grassy lawn, and beach area for relaxing and taking in the sights of the lake and surrounding mountains. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. In the Winter months, the closest ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Homewood Mountain, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar.
Parking:
There is a two car garage and parking for two more cars in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
