Fantastic apartment of 100 m2, located on the main avenue of Armação de Pera, overlooking one of the best beaches.

The avenue is now pedestrian, is bustling with good terraces so you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Algarve.

Very spacious apartment has the capacity to receive 4 people, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony on the beach ideal for sunbathing and dining overlooking the sea.

Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, WiFi zone, tourist office, restaurants, a playground and several local stores.

The building has an elevator and good access for people with reduced mobility as well as parking space in the garage.

The beach of Armacao de Pera has a large area of fine white sand. Ideal to rest and recharge your batteries or have a good time reveling in the bars scattered throughout the village.

Esta estadia foi melhor do que estávamos à espera, a localização excelente, mesmo na primeira linha da praia, a vista magnífica desde todas as divisões, a garagem coberta, a tranquilidade do local. Não podíamos ter pedido nada melhor! Claramente um local a recomendar!
