About the property

80 m holiday home, located just 50 meters from the beach

Large windows overlooking the beach. Bright and spacious apartment has a living room with sofa massage, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 cm and with bathroom with bath, second bedroom with twin beds lliteras type, and a second bathroom with shower plate. Sea views from the rooms, lounge and kitchen.

Located in one of the best areas of the capital from where you can move easily because it has a taxi stand at the door of the apartment and a few meters walking to the bus station that will connect you to all important places in the island and from where you can also take the tourist bus to visit the city.

Moreover Beach Avenue offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy and all kinds of international food.

The mild climate and pleasant bathing water temperature (between 18 degrees in the winter and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches can be enjoyed all year.

The sports offer Gran Canaria is closely linked to its mild climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allows the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, windsurfing ...)

And for nature lovers the island offers natural surroundings of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the title of "miniature continent".

Gran Canaria internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has plenty of natural resources that make it the perfect destination for health care. Has 12 centers Spa and Thalassotherapy equipped with spectacular amenities that offer a wide range of exclusive beauty and relaxation treatments.

Next to the apartment has a small thalassotherapy center.

Also walk you can reach two of the most important commercial centers of the island. Las Arenas and Dock.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in our apartment.

Carmen the owner always answered any questions very promptly with useful information. She left a very good supply of food for us. The location was excellent....close to the city and beach. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need on a holiday. The only problem was the noise from the renovation work on a building opposite. However that looks as if it will soon be completed but unfortunate that it corresponded with our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Family Vacation in Las Palmas

Dear All, we would like to share our experience and commnets, regarding this apartments.

First of all we would like to tell a thanks to Carmen, she is absolutely good and hospitality owner. She met us exactly in time, in the firts night for check in, and as addition we got a fresh fruits, water and snacks, which was sufficient enough for first breakfest, and especially for kids after long flight.

The location of apartments, is very conveniet for walking distance to the beach, restaurants and others entertainments, depends on choices.

Equipments in apartments are nicely arranged and in good working conditions.

Have a good vacations.

Schöne Wohnung, Sehr gute Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, mitten in der Stadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, von der Wohnung aus sichtbar und zum Hafen. Das Viertel und die Wohnung bieten alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Taxis, Busse und auch ein Parkhaus, um welches sich die Vermieterin gekümmert hat, in nächster Nähe. Für das erste Frühstück hatte unsere Vermieterin auch reichhaltig gesorgt. Vielen Dank, Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Åland, a small archipelago in the Baltic sea between Sweden and Finland.

Charming apartment, excellent situated!

We stayed in this charming apartment for 9 days. It is excellent situated very close to Canteras beach and shopping, restaurants and Catalina as well.

A wonderful apartment that got everything you need. Even an arm-chair with massage which was freqently used, specially by my wife.

We also want to mention the beds. They were really the best you can ask for!

Finally, we really want to recommend this excellent apartment.

Eine schöne Ferienwoche

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment das alles bietet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, inclusive Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Selbst frisches Obst, Wasser und das erste Frühstück stand bereit obwohl wir gar nicht damit gerechnet haben. Ein Massagesessel ist auch vorhanden, total klasse :-) Die Ausgangslage ist prima zum Strand, zur Strandpromenade und zum Hafen. ein Parkhaus für das Mietauto ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und ebenfalls sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Eigentümer Carmen und Luis nur empfehlen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Großes 'like' muchissimas gracias :-))))
