Internet WI-FI, air-conditioned rooms with cold summer and heating for winter. Three bedroom (one in double bed in suite, one in double bed and other in twin beds). Two bathrooms (one in suite), one washroom in the main floor, modern kitchen with utensils and appliances. A roof relaxing porch. Baby cot and high chair at your service. Renewal of towels and pool cleaning (every 3 days) and bed linen (weekly). About the situation, Aucanada, the one of the most relaxing areas of Alcudia, with Sea views, just a 15-minute walk away to the vibrant port city of Alcudia with all the bars, restaurants and the central beach.
The beaches here in the north of the island can be reached within a few minutes. The Alcanada-GOLF is just 10 minutes walking.
The exposed location of the property provides an ideal station for many attractions and excursions such Cap de Formentor or the caves at Campanet.

Erholung pur

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Maria und Tomeu sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Die Aussicht wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect experience

Tomeu and Maria were perfect hosts and were on call if we needed anything. The property was fabulous and the views were amazing. We had a brilliant week and would definitely recommend it, we'd be looking to book in the future.

Week in Alcudia with 3 teens and my hubby

The perfect stay. Didn’t want to leave. Lovely host. THE cleanest house ever. Smelled amazing. Lots of equipment in the kitchen which is usually not the case. It’s a proper home as the owners used to live there and you can really tell. Not just a rental. It has heart and love and you feel It when you arrive. The view from the terraces is breathtaking. Great pool. Comfortable beds. Good air con. Driveway and gates for the car. You do need a car which is the only downside but that’s no reflection on the house or the owners obviously. If I went back to Mallorca I would definitely stay again. 5 ⭐️

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war blitzsauber und hatte eine herrliche Lage . Wir waren jeden Morgen im Meer schwimmen und abends haben wir in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht oder wir besuchten eines der wirklich guten Restaurants in der Nähe . Unbedingt reservieren ! Das Haus , der Pool , der Ort Alcanada… alles wunderbar . Vielen Dank für die schönen Urlaubswochen !!!!

My favourite holiday!

Beautiful property. Amazing view. Lovely (and easily contactable) hosts. Car required as villa not near supermarket but also to explore the gorgeous island. You couldn’t want more. We had a fabulous time, and hope to return.
