This superbly styled home makes for a perfect luxurious getaway. It’s really ideal for groups of friends & family looking for an affordable luxury place to stay, you will enjoy access to an indoor pool, theatre like screen, huge open kitchen/dining room, a den equipped with an extra bed with board games. This home is set in West Lethbridge, 5 minute drive to downtown and to the ATB family center. It even suits couples looking for a spacious “home away from home” or a secluded romantic break. Great in any case for people looking for an extraordinary Lethbridge stay. Comfortable, calm and fun. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at a private all inclusive resort.

Without a doubt, this place makes for a “retreat ” for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Upon your arrival, we are sure you will be able to make yourself feel at home. As if you left without ever having to leave at all.

The home has another themed suite "It's a- me Mario/Nintendo in the basement and "Friends themed Suite on the side.

Please look it up should you need an extra bedrooms. Access to these suites use the side door as you will have access to the front door. No common area.( unless you want to use the laundry room).

The home is equipped with a sono system in the pool area and is very sound proof.

The home is equipped with sonos in the pool room, playroom/den , access , play space under the stairs for kiddies. Access to the park thought the back gate.

After you check into your new home, all that’s left for you to do is relax and settle in after your journey. If you prefer you can enjoy a refreshing shower as we have stocked the bathrooms with toiletries, the cupboards with extra necessities for you to use while on your stay.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family had an incredible time here and especially enjoyed the pool. We spent the majority of our time in there. The house is very clean and the homeowner was great at communicating. We will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable stay

The check in process was easy, once we arrived we found the house to be immaculate and well designed. Ketty has really made the house to be family friendly with something for everyone. We were only there three days but my daughter loved the pool and when she found the secret play area she went bonkers. We rebooked another visit before we left. Thanks

We bought this home and renovated almost everything throughout the years, it has been so much fun and now we want to share it, we have temporarily moved Downstairs , we use a sperate entrance and so do the guest renting the Friends Suite.

Why they chose this property

Location! close to everything you need, close to downtown, University and ATB Centre Did we mention the pool?...turn on the disco lights at night and relax as that room is very warm in cold days, fun to play in, relax and entertain. Space to entertain, you don’t have to leave to have a vacation!

What makes this property unique

You have space, there is 9 sofas for you to relax, pick a space, large entertaining kitchen/dining room, masterbedroom has a walking closet with a makeup desk for you to start your day , your own patio...…. the other 2 bedrooms are large, the winding staircase..... large living room with a 120 inch projection TV , den with a sofabed, games and lots of books.. TV's in most rooms.
