Only 300 yards from the popular beach – ideal for families with many seaside attractions along the promenade within a short walk - this comfortable and welcoming Grade II listed Regency seaside house is set within Steyne Square and offers wonderful sea views from the first floor balcony. Standing as one of a row, this tastefully presented home makes an ideal base for celebrations or from which to explore the many activites and attractions in the area, all year round.Within easy walking distance are shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema and railway station, as well as amusements along the pier, crazy golf, a fun fair and seaside entertainment. Gabriel’s Hall lies within easy driving distance of Goodwood or Fontwell for a day at the races, and visitors can also enjoy various places of interest such as Pagham Nature Reserve, the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, not to mention the glorious South Downs, Arundel with its castle, antique shops and Wildfowl and Wetlands.
