Welcome to the Sunshine City! Tucked away in the sunny city of St Petersburg you can walk to the water, kayak in the mangroves, take a walk on the Pinellas Trail, and grab a bite to eat on the water all within walking distance to our great little get-a-way!
Our one bedroom condo has all the amenities to move right in and enjoy your vacation. It has been tastefully updated and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. An enclosed sunroom with windows to let in the morning sun or enjoy a candlelight dinner. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your stay. Bath is equipped with renovated shower. TV and Roku cable provided along with high speed internet. Laundry facility is steps away and the pool is located at end of building. There is one covered parking space directly in front of your unit. Super convenient location with 5-10 minute drive to the St Petersburg beaches, downtown St Petersburg or the Skyway bridge heading south. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance. This little gem is a comfortable and quiet condo that is convenient to so many resources and provides you the flexibility and cost savings over a hotel. Take a few days to relax and unwind in the Sunshine state!

Great little spot

Everything was wonderful. Very centrally located for what we were doing. We were down there for the Gran Prix of St. Petersburg. 20 minute drive to the track and a 20 minute drive to the beach!

The property is exactly as the photos indicate. we were extremely impressed with having all of our needs met. We are so happy with the property. We have booked for two months next year. Wonderful location and an extremely quiet stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient location

We have stayed at this property before. You can walk to stores and restaurants. It's a short drive to the beach. We go to Pass-a-Grill Beach. I like the bike/walking path right outside the condo. The condo is updated and has a nice pool which is not heated. Stocked kitchen with washer and dryers for condo residents use.
