One bedroom with new queen size Hybrid bed and queen size sofa bed in living room for occasional guest. New Smart TV in Living room and TV in Bedroom. Sunny Florida decor, completely furnished. Condo located on first floor.
Heated Pool located directly on beach.

Every thing was beautiful so clean 🤗😊 the bed was a bit uncomfortable but we have a bad backs

Everything was very nice , Clean and well kept. Neighbors are WONDERFUL 🤗 Just the bed was uncomfortable;(

"A Place In The Sun" was great !

Everything you could ask for was provided and I mean everything. Kay had informed us that she would be away the first week we were there but that she would contact us when she returned. She texted us when she got home and asked if she could come over to meet us and ask if there was anything we needed. She was very pleasant, as were the neighbors in the other units near us. would definately recommend this unit.

Lovely Place in the Sun

Had the chance to stay at this wonderful condo for the week of 1/21-1/27. So much thought was put into this unit and it truly was home away from home. All the necessities (and more) were waiting for us. Clean, loaded kitchen, extra bedding and towels. Along with beach chairs & umbrellas. The unit is across the street from beach and we also had use of Sunset Chateau's heated pool. Did my major shopping at the Walmart and specialty items at the Publix. Ka Tiki is walkable as is 7-11 in case you need Amazon delivery. Condo is in the quiet part of TI but that made it even better. You truly feel part of the neighborhood. We did get the chance to meet Kay (our property owner) and that made the experience even more personal. She had great recommendations for restaurants along with very helpful additional information. Unit is perfect for 2 adults. Thank you Kay, for giving us the chance to be a guest in your home. Cheers! Susan & Dan
