This is a comfortable studio cottage in the grounds of the owners' home midway between Littlehampton and Arundel. This comfortable cottage has a good sized living room that converts to a bedroom. The double bed neatly stores away when not required. There is also a bathroom with a shower attachment above the bath which is a real benefit to a cottage of this size where shower rooms are the norm. Guests are allowed to enjoy the owners' gardens in addition to their own private patio space. Lyminster area Set between Arundel and Littlehampton there is easy access to both. The coast is within two miles and historic Arundel is the same distance to the north. The beaches at Littlehampton and Climping are always popular and the seaside town of Worthing is only five miles to the east. The historic walled city of Chichester is within ten miles to the west.
