The Hygge Hideaway is perfect for your get away! The property is comfortable, clean, peaceful and very spacious. The property is on 2 acres, private with a beautiful overlook of Salt Creek. Perfect for a disconnect and recharge! Outdoor fun includes, fire pit, relaxing deck and creek views.

GUESTS AND VISITORS: Only booked guests are allowed on the property unless you book an event package outlined below.

SLEEPING:
17 beds, including the bunk house: The main house comfortably sleeps 14 with 11 beds plus two additional toddler cots. The detached bunkhouse has sleeping for 6 (6 twin beds). The bunkhouse is cozy and peaceful, nestled in trees with an overlooking view of the goat yard. Please note that it does not have a bathroom attached, main house bathroom is required for this space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Rental of the bunkhouse is required with guest counts greater than 17. It is an additional $150 per night. This area does not have running water or a restroom. If there is any confusion, simply contact me for questions.

ACTIVITIES
Many on-site activities to keep your group engaged. The game room with pool table, smart TV is a great evening retreat for your group. Retreat to the master bedroom and bath for a spa experience. Walk through the outside wooded yard or use the zip-line for some fun.

The bunkhouse has to be requested and paid for separately ($150).

Other things to note
The house is located in a quiet family rural neighborhood. Please be respectful of your surroundings.

HOSTED EVENTS: Any hosted event held at the property must be approved and will incur an event fee. We do allow events under a max of 50 guests, although we do prefer events under 35 total. This pertains to any individuals visiting the property who is not on the overnight reservation. If this was not notified at the booking and the event takes place without our knowledge, you will be required to immediately cancel the party and pay the booking fee. We charge $15 per guest (not on the booking) and $250 for rental of the barn. There will also be a flat $50 fee for trash removal if pre-arranged, otherwise $100 due to animals getting into the trash.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking or vaping in or around the house. You will pay a $500 fine per guest for any smoking in or around the property.

NO PETS allowed - it is very important that no pets are at the property due to farm animals and the rules of the house.

NO PARTIES for minors and no alcohol allowed for minors. A strict fine and evacuation of site will be enforced if alcohol is identified on the property for minors.

PARKING is an important coordination for larger group events.
