30 Upper-Level has been renovated with Kitchen featuring new cabinets, counters 2 stainless steel 3-Door Refrigerators and more; Dining with a table for 10; and two Living Areas, one with a great stone fireplace; a Powder Room, as well as a King Master with upper-level deck access-Master Bath has 3'-wide doors for wheelchair accessibility.
2) Mid-Level: You'll find a King Master, a King Bedroom, and bedroom with a twin bunk set and a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top). Also on this level is a third gathering space with a large flat screen TV.

Norwood Family Vacation

The house was amazing and the elevator made life so much easier for unloading and loading. The pool with the slide was a huge hit with the kids! My only complaint is the walkway to the beach was not accurately portrayed, the pictures online showed stairs with a bench at the top of the dune, which would have made getting to the beach so much easier and easier on your feet.

Fun family vacation to OBX!

We really enjoyed our stay at the OBX, and the Sequester offered us a great time. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our emails. Overall our family enjoyed the experience. We were disappointed by a few things. First, the pictures online of the walk from the pool to the beach are inaccurate. There are no steps to the top of the sand dune or a bench at the top, and our older parents couldn’t walk to the beach up the dune due to the lack of steps. Fortunately another route two houses down made the walk easier for them. A new picture of the walk up the dune is needed for this property. Second, the weeds/ivy are overgrown and lay in different areas on the pool deck. Some of these have thorns or sharp edges that are unpleasant to step on with your bare foot. Trimming these back is needed. Also, you can’t see the beach from the top level which was surprising, but the view of the ocean is spectacular. When we arrived, there was dirty laundry from the previous guest setting outside the front door. This was picked up immediately once we informed the management company. While there were a few issues, the property was great for our family of 11 and we had a blast. Most of these issues can be solved easily and I’m sure they will be. The house was very clean and had plenty of amenities for our family. Overall it was a great trip.

Family and Friends Getaway

we had an amazing time when we were at the property, the house had everything we wanted, our kids loved the pool and how close to the beach we were, we actually got to see dolphins from the top deck which was amazing, it was so quiet but still less than 5 minutes to Duck and all the shops and restaurants, we will for sure be back again

Lovely location

The house was great, there was some beach reconstruction we were not made aware of that prohibited us from using the beach for a few days but otherwise an excellent stay.

Early season peace and quiet

Spacious well equipped home from home. Loved the kitchen pots and dishes allowing home cooked meals of all kinds. Two fridges were very appreciated. Breezy coastline with plenty of wildlife. Visiting outside of the busy season highly recommended. Plenty of alone time on the beach with the dog. Boardwalk in Duck is a lovely stroll and hosts some fun stores, check out homemade treats at Outer Barks with your dog. Drive slowly down the private gravel only street to the property. House location set slight back from the dunes and the neighbors but sun rise and ocean views still magnificent. Bring extra hand towels for the powder room as well as the recommended pool and beach towels
