Living & Eating

You'll be greeted by a sense of space and light as soon as you open the door. thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. This home is exquisitely finished, and we're sure you'll appreciate the well-chosen art that compliments the walls. A round table to seat four will be perfect for cosy dinners in, or lazy holiday breakfasts. Step out onto the little balcony, and enjoy surveying bustling London below. A modern kitchen, done up masterfully in sparkling whites, will provide all you might desire for your every culinary whim.

Two bedrooms, one with a UK super king bed (6ft wide), and the other will soon host twin singles (photos soon to come!, means that this apartment sleeps four in the utmost comfort. The master bedroom, also boasts the convenience of an en-suite, with a shower, washbasin and lavatory. A pleasant family bathroom, along with a shower over bath, washbasin and lavatory, means that this apartment has the luxury of two bathrooms.

Very neat apartment, clean and just as the photos. The decoration in the bedroom was as good as any smart London hotel we've stayed in. Pretty watercolour paintings throughout and a nice homely feel. The Master bedroom is definitely the nicest but the single bedroom was perfect for our daughter, and she could study for her exams in the desk in her room. Great location in Notting Hill with plenty of restaurants to choose from. This was our favourite place we've stayed in London and felt it was very good value. Thank you to the team at Ivy Lettings, especially Beth who really went out of her way to arrange our stay.

This was a great location along a beautiful street.

We enjoyed our week our week long stay here. The tube locations were convenient. The Shepard Bush station was a bit of a challenge to get to due to traffic but we found the Holland Park station a more relaxing walk with a Starbucks next door to the station. Food choices were good a few blocks away too!! The beds were a bit soft for our taste but it was a warm comfortable place to call home in London. The doors to get into the building were a bit heavy and the elevator slow but it brought charm to our experience in London. It felt very safe and I loved waking up in a neighborhood setting with school children heading off to school. The property management was available and timely, meeting us and answering all of our questions. I would recommend this property.

Super locations dn very cosy comfortable flat

What a lovely experience this flat was. It really is less than 10 mins walk to west fields shopping mall in shepherds bush and the same in the other direction to holland park and supermarkets etc. transportation tubes etc is super easy plus is on most major bus routes. The place is warm and cosy and has two bathrooms which worked perfectly for us. If the owner wants to add a little to the experience pls help newcomers to understand how to buy travel cards to get around (Oyster cards can be bought from the store close to the house) and if you have a car maybe think again as street parking is astronomical. Otherwise it's a terrific choice. Thank you I'd definitely stay here again.

Holland Park Avenue the perfect base in London

We enjoyed the atmosphere at Holland Park Avenue.

The location was close to the large Shepherd's Bush Westfield and easy walking distance to the Waitrose for groceries along with the Tesco Express 2 blocks away.

The kitchen was well enough equipped for our purposes and both beds very comfortable. With it's own radiator heating system, the apartment was always warm. Access to the rubbish bins downstairs is undercover in the garage,s o even if it was raining, you can get into your car undercover and put out the recycling and rubbish.

The neighbourhood was clean, easy to navigate and with the bus stop just outside the door and tube station 2 blocks away, transport was always less than 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed staying here and found the Ivy lettings team very friendly and helpful.- We would come again
