Amenities also include: Free Wireless Internet, Cable, TV in living room and bedroom and highly convenient laundry facilities just steps away from your front door on the same floor! Step out on your private balcony featuring great views of park and Melbourne Harbor Marina. The Condo is fully furnished and offers 700 square feet of open concept space. You are just a short ONE BLOCK walking distance to Historic Downtown Melbourne. This scenic stroll will provide you many options: Fine restaurants, (Chart House, The Mansion), Casual Dining, Cafes, Coffee shops, Boutiques, Antique shops, Music Venues, Painting with a Twist, Manatee Point, and the Indian River lagoon. Melbourne Harbor Condo is a 2 mile beautiful stroll over the Melbourne Causeway, overlooking the glistening Indian River, with a "safe-lane" provision designed for walkers/bikers/runners will lead you straight to the Public Beach/Indialantic Park w/ restrooms, showers, volleyball and more shops/restaurants/coffee shop. (Starbucks/Cold Stone Creamery/Bizzaro's Pizza)! The perfect place at the right price for family vacations, extended stay business travelers, corporate relocation, Government travelers on TDY orders, FIT students, and anyone wanting to get away for a week or more! We offer, weekly, monthly and long term leases. Inquire if you are interested in a discounted long-term lease. Last minute discounts also available. Please inquire!

* We will inspect the condo upon your departure, and assuming there are no damages or lost items, we will promptly refund the balance of your deposit.
* Pets (dogs under 20 lbs., no cats) are allowed, but only by prior arrangement with the condo owner's approval. Please note that an additional non-refundable Pet Fee of $75.00 will apply.
* Please; no smoking inside the condo.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due at booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements are made with the condo owner. Personal checks, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 100% of your money for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $150.

Comfortable place

My husband, small dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and supplied everything we needed to feel at home. The park next door, the view of the boats on the river and the ability to walk to restaurants/shops was an additional bonus. We would DEFINITELY book a stay at this location again.

Very clean and nicely updated

We are familiar with the area as we frequently come to visit relatives who live in Melbourne Beach. We have stayed at other condos in this building and nearby properties. It is nice to have an elevator and it has never been slow or failed us. This is the first time in this unit and it was exceptionally clean and recently updated. The bed is reasonably comfortable (we prefer beds a bit more on the softer side.) The bed frame makes quite a bit of noise when you move around. The linens and towels were all very nice. My only slight complaint is that photos on the listing show different patio furniture that is actually at the property. I think it must have been recently replaced. I was trying to avoid the Adirondack style chairs, but that it what I found here. Not enough to really detract from our stay, but my husband could not sit outside at all as he cannot get down into those seats. The kitchen is nicely stocked so I was able to cook some side dishes to take to a holiday meal with family. The electronic lock works well and it is nice to not have a key to keep up with. Parking is convenient and spaces were always available. It is an in-town location and you will hear road noise and trains, but other than that it was relaxing. This is a condo that we will look forward to returning to.

Fabulous

I can’t say enough amazing things about this perfect home away from home. Excellent location, perfect host, quiet condo on the Harbour beautiful view, beach is just over the causeway 2.3 miles. It was just what I needed to relax and enjoy my visit with my daughter in college nearby. Thank you for a fabulous stay. I will definitely be back.
