Located at 65 Ocean Lane in beautiful Palmetto Dunes on the 5th floor of Windsor Place. 504 Windsor Place offers fantastic ocean views from every room and features many upgrades and newly added features.
The pool is open year round and heated mid March to April 30th and mid October to November 30th.
Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services March - October. Golf discounts are offered after 11am and 2pm.
There is a Keurig all in one combo coffee maker in the unit for ground and Kcup coffee. A new Stearns and Foster king size mattress and box springs were added January of 2023! A working desk and comfortable chair have been added to the bar area. New painting can be found throughout. The new owners are meticulous about their new ocean front property.

Sorry, pets are not allowed in this building. Parking is available at this property for two vehicles. The elevator is available from the ground floor parking garage right to the 5th floor. Luggage carts are also available.

Parking at the complex is free. Your door code is explained in your arrival information 3 days prior to your arrival. This property has 24-hour security and covered parking.

*For the summer rental season, there is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the Shelter Cove Marina, Town Center Shops and Shelter Cove Restaurants. The shuttle operates from March - October.
