This is an old building typical of Paris' central area. The flat is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator and overlooks a paved little street.

Layout of the apartment
This stylish studio has a high quality design thanks to its materials and decoration as well as the layout choices. It opens onto a beautiful room with high ceiling. Near the entrance, there is the bathroom equipped with a shower tub and WC. In the living room, the night area is presented around a nice glass table, with a 140 cm double bed and a bediing for one person situated in the mezzanine. At the opposite, there is the kitchen equipped with hot plates, a fridge and a microwave. On the kitchen worktop, different appliances complete the equipment: a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker… Near the window, there are a lovely bench seat and an ethanol fireplace, which make the living room a romantic place.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 70 late arrival fee.

Departure between 07:00 and 08:00 is subject to 70 early departure fee.
