Come and discover the southern Ardèche, its exceptional heritage (restitution of the Chauvet cave, its famous arch "the Pont d'Arc", its natural caves, its picturesque villages ...), swimming, descending the Ardèche in canoeing, and hiking will also allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation during your stay.
The air-conditioned cottage, for 2/4 people, with an area of 40 m2, ideally located in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc
(immediate proximity to all shops: restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical center, Intermarché) consists of:
- Ground floor: living room with sofa BZ 140/190, fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
- Floor: bedroom with 140/190 bed.
- Terrace on the garden with its furniture (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, pergola).
- Private parking space.
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival.

Excellent séjour 😃

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour surtout en cette période de mai où il n'y a pas trop de touristes, le gîte est confortable, fonctionnel, place de parking attribué, très propre, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, très gentils, le jour de l'arrivée, on a été très bien accueilli, et eu beaucoup d'informations 👍👍 Le centre de Vallon (2 min à pied à partir du gîte) pleins de commerçants et restaurants, tout se passe à pied, un très grand marché le jeudi matin👍 une vue magnifique au niveau de la place de l'église. Randonnée jusqu'au Pont d'Arc, départ à 5 min à pied du gîte (c'est au niveau de l'Office de tourisme). Possibilité d'avoir d'autres randonnées gratuites par mail via l'Office de tourisme. Visite de beaux villages de Caractère (LABEAUME, BALAZUC, VOGÜÉ, RUOMS.....), route des Gorges de l'Ardèche à faire absolument pour voir de magnifiques panoramas..... Enfin bref, pleins de bons souvenirs en Ardèche, je remercie les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse 😉

Visite Pont d'Arc et villages alentours , reposant car moins de foule , commerces tout juste ouvert .

Great holidays in wonderful region

Warm welcome by the owner in a beautiful village in a wonderful landscape. The flat is situated near the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In the morning you can have your fresh Baguette from different bakerys by foot. Or you'll have lunch or dinner in one of about 20 Restaurants around the corner. You have all opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and a lot of incredible, historic sites as the "Grotte Chauvet 2", Avignon, Pont du Gard.... Merci à Jacky et Jean-Marc pour leur hospitalité!

Vallon pont d’arc

Belle halte pour découvrir les gorges de l’Ardèche. Propriétaires très attentionnés. Emplacement idéal dans le vieux village. A recommander sans bémol!

Excellent séjour en Ardèche!

Si vous souhaitez être au calme, avec un jardinet en angle sans vis à vis, une charmante terrasse face à un olivier, du confort moderne et profiter du coeur du village à pieds, alors ce logement est pour vous! Dotant plus qu'une large place de stationnement est à disposition! Cette petite maison est très joliment décorée, une baie vitrée et une belle salle de douche avec fenêtre, la mezzanine est haute et spacieuse. La propreté est irréprochable! et la climatisation très efficace et silencieuse... Les hôtes sont charmants, à votre écoute et également discrets. Merci pour ce séjour!
