Comfortable villa 5 miles to Ibiza downtown. The property is set in a fully fenced area of 1500sqm of beautiful garden and it is completely private.

It is located only within 7 minutes drive to Ibiza town and airport, and it will take you only a 5 minutes drive to Playa den Bossa.

The property has 2 levels.

On the first floor there is a living and dining room, equiped kitchen, family bathroom and double bedroom. There is a total of 4 bedrooms. One with double bed, one with twin beds, two with single beds for a total of 6 guests. There is another family bathroom.

Outside there is a wimming pool of 6x3 meters with 6 loungers and a balinese bed.

Amazing villa!

Very well maintained home. Perfect garden all day round and amazing luxurious bathroom! The communication with Thomas was also really good.

Lovely luxury villa with lots of space but you need a car

The villa is truly lovely and you have everything needed for a fantastic stay (other than no dishwasher), however you need a car as there is nothing that is walking distance. Fine for us as we had a car and very convenient for the airport (no noise from planes). The great Salinas beach is only 10/15 mins drive and Playa d’en Bossa even nearer. The pool is not big but was perfect for us with young kids. Air con in all rooms, lovely big modern bathroom upstairs, generously sized bedrooms, modern / new washing machine / dryer in huge outdoor laundry. Lovely garden and the outdoor eating space was just perfect with outdoor BBQ. The pictures really do not do it justice so you get a nice surprise when you walk in. Thomas, who manages it, was great to deal with and very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend it but car is required to do food shop and get to beach. Getting taxis is actually harder than you’d imagine as the address seems vague / not known to taxi drivers but we used the location pin drop sent to us by Thomas to show the taxi drivers! Overall fantastic stay here so thank you Thomas / villa Stevia. (name plaque outside villa states villa Carmen to confuse things further for taxis).

We loved it

Everything was perfect during our stay, the house was very well maintained and clean. the outdoor space was amazing and very enjoyable. We had some delays with our flight, staff was very flexible and accommodating the check in. 10 min from the airport and 15 min from any good beach or club it was a great location for us but recommend to rent a car to enjoy more freedom. Definitely a good address in Ibiza. Recommended
