At the entrance there is an electric gate and a spacious parking area where up to 4 cars can take place.

Inside the villa consists of:

A lower level composed by 3 bedrooms, each of them is provided with en-suite bathroom and they can accommodate 8 guests in total. There is also a kitchenette. All three rooms have direct access to the outside facilities and views.
Furthermore, there is an upper level composed by a spacious sitting room, a dining area, which can accommodate a total of 10 people and a fully equipped open style kitchen with all modern appliances. On this floor there is a further bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and a spacious veranda with a pergola overlooking the sea.
Of course, the villa offers all kind of comforts, air-conditioning, heating, electricity, WI FI and AV devices.

Rental rules
The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. However in case of booking cancellations over the deadline, the amount lost can be reused for new bookings on other dates (even the following year) subject to availability and possible change of prices.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
A 5th room is available if required (price on request)
