The area is Dublin Cities most beautiful and scenic with luxurious cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets surrounding the Grand Canal Square area, 30 seconds walk from the apartment. Grafton St, Trinity College, and Temple Bar are also all within a 10 minute walk.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed in each. A double sofa bed and two single fold-out beds are provided, which can easily be set up in the living room - sleeping a total of 8 people.
Both the main and ensuite bathrooms have a shower and the entire apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay. All bed linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and dinnerware.
The apartment has high speed Internet and Cable TV. There is a hairdryer provided.
Free access for our guests to the Energie Fitness Gym and Pool on Clarendon Street, just ask us for more details on arrival. The apartment comes with elevator access and secure parking.
Apartment has two double bedrooms and two fold-out single beds that can be set up in the living room as well as a fold-out double sofa bed to comfortably sleep eight and still leave lots of space. There are two bathrooms equipped with showers, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hobs, washer/dryer etc. The bright open-plan dining and living area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped to accommodate six guests. There is a comfortable lounging area, a large flat-screen television with cable channels and high-speed broadband is installed in the apartment.
The charming balcony is a luscious sun-spot perfect for your morning coffee!
Guests have access to the whole apartment and also free use of a gym and leisure centre next to Grafton Street. All bills and charges are included in the price quoted to you.
You are met with and brought to the apartment on arrival. Our friendly liaison will show you around and be available during your stay if you have any questions or issues. He will also meet with you when you are checking out and be happy to help if you need any extra assistance.

We are a dedicated team, who work night and day to ensure that you have a top quality stay in our apartments. It is our full time occupation and we have professional cleaners, we meet you in person on your arrival and departure and we are available 24/7 in case there is anything that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
Lovely, modern, clean, spacious apartment in quiet location. 7 ladies stayed and we had plenty of room. 25 minutes walk to temple bar with restaurants, cafes and shops very close by. Also lovely area around Quay. We also really enjoyed the views from the balcony. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were given an early check in and late check out to accommodate our flights. We struggled with the TV as every time we switched it off we lost all channels. We eventually found the button on the remote to sort this out but maybe some instructions placed near TV would be helpful. WiFi great. Hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, sugar all supplied. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
We had a great week in Ireland. Our family of six (4 kids ages 17, 15, 13, 11) fit comfortably in this 2 bedroom apartment ideally located close to restaurants and a supermarket. Joe was always quick to respond to our inquiries regarding parking, restaurants, etc.
We had plenty of space and found the location to be ideal walking distance to Grafton street where the kids really enjoyed the shopping.
We packed rather lightly for our week as we understood there to be a washing machine available. However, this washer was very small (perhaps could hold 2 outfits at a time) and took more than 3 hours to complete a cycle. With a family of 6 we found that to be a small inconvenience. Although we rented a car, if we did it again, we'd bypass the car and walk everywhere---it's much more efficient.
Overall our stay was great---would do it all over again. Great location, clean, safe and affordable for our family of six!
Aparment and Dublin were both fantastic.Guys were great were so polite and helpful.Had everything you needed.Very spacious and clean and was close to docks and trinity college.Was a nice walk into centre of town which was great.Thanks again guys for letting us have your apartment
Very nice apartment in a great location. Near the theatre. We walked to the theatre to see "The Commitments". It is within walking distance to the hop on hop off buses. Nice balcony and view of the River Liffey. Our host Was very helpful on arrival and departure.
We were 2 families (one with 2 kids and one with one kid) and stayed in the apartment for 3 days. The apartment is very spacious, simply and very nicely decorated, with very large windows. It has everything one needs in the kitchen (including coffee and tea for the coffee/tea maker) , extra beds and linens, and is very clean. The location is great, there is a grocery store 2 minutes away and a number of cafes and restaurants very close by. There is also parking assigned to the apartment. Trinity College and other touristic attractions are within walking distance. The managers of the apartment were very easy to reach any time we needed them and they were very flexible in letting us in slightly earlier and keeping our luggage for a couple hours extra on our departure day.
Apartment was exactly what we were expecting. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom with the needed amenities for our 2 families of 3. The unit is walking distance to many of the Dublin attractions. There is also a number of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. We walked the canals both nights following our meals. The management team were friendly and attentive.
