The area is Dublin Cities most beautiful and scenic with luxurious cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets surrounding the Grand Canal Square area, 30 seconds walk from the apartment. Grafton St, Trinity College, and Temple Bar are also all within a 10 minute walk.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed in each. A double sofa bed and two single fold-out beds are provided, which can easily be set up in the living room - sleeping a total of 8 people.

Both the main and ensuite bathrooms have a shower and the entire apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay. All bed linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and dinnerware.

The apartment has high speed Internet and Cable TV. There is a hairdryer provided.

Free access for our guests to the Energie Fitness Gym and Pool on Clarendon Street, just ask us for more details on arrival. Public parking is available just beside the apartment.

Apartment has two double bedrooms and two fold-out single beds that can be set up in the living room as well as a fold-out double sofa bed to comfortably sleep eight and still leave lots of space. There are two bathrooms equipped with showers, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hobs, washer/dryer etc. The bright open-plan dining and living area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped to accommodate six guests. There is a comfortable lounging area, a large flat-screen television with cable channels and high-speed broadband is installed in the apartment.

The charming balcony is a luscious sun-spot perfect for your morning coffee!

Guests have access to the whole apartment and also free use of a gym and leisure centre next to Grafton Street. All bills and charges are included in the price quoted to you.

You are met with and brought to the apartment on arrival. Our friendly liaison will show you around and be available during your stay if you have any questions or issues. He will also meet with you when you are checking out and be happy to help if you need any extra assistance.

The Grand Canal Dock is one of the most exclusive areas to live in Dublin. Very Nice Apartment in Good Area

Five middle-aged female friends stayed for four nights, and we found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable. Matt and Patrick were accommodating and easy to work with, even considering that we booked at the last minute. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was fine for on-the-go breakfasts and making tea and coffee. The location is safe, convenient, and easy to find. We definitely recommend this rental, and we hope to return someday!

This is a great Dublin location in a spacious well-appointed apartment

Matt was great - he met us early and stored our luggage hours before he had to. They upgraded us to a larger wonderful apartment that has everything you need to spread out and relax after a long flight. The location is walking distance to many of the Dublin sights and is right on the quay. Matt was very responsive to all of our inquiries - I highly recommend this Dublin gem.

Literally a HOME AWAY

It was an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Matt was very helpful and kind. It's location is such that you can cover the whole of best of sights of Dublin by walking around it. More like a work out. Very accommodating hosts and we literally needed nothing to worry about at the apartment. One thing to mention though that the Pool/Spa is literally more than half a mile away so it's almost of no use.

Well to summarise; it deserves the 5-*s.

Friday night in Dublin

This apartment is a 5-10 minute cab ride to anywhere downtown Dublin. Cabs are always out front of The Milano Italian restaurant at the back of the complex. If you prefer to walk, it is approximately 30 minutes to Jameson Distillery.
