Apartment with a fantastic 100m2 terrace - view to sea, marina and mountains

The apartment is located in the Marina Town at Salalah Beach Resort. The Apartment has 2 Bedrooms, one master bedroom with TV, one double bed with an in-build walk in cupboard and a separate bathroom with a walk in shower, hand wash basin and WC. The master bedroom has access to the balcony and view to the Marina.

The second bedroom has a double bed, an in build cupboard and a bathroom accessible from the corridor. The second bed room has a view to the Lagoon and the mountain. The Living room and the kitchen has an open living concept and is connected to a roofed balcony with Marina view and a 60 m2 terrace with a beautiful view to the Marina and the Sea. The terrace has a shaded dinning place with table and chairs and an unshaded area with lounge sitting.

The terrace has as well an outdoor bathtub and outdoor shower for refreshing during and after the sunbathing. The place is very peaceful and quiet. In the Marina are different shops and restaurants as well as two Boutique Hotels which can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well for other facilities like Gym, Pool, Spa and others. The beach is reachable by food and is approximately 200 m away.

The apartment is in the 4th floor and has an elevator. The apartment is the only unit in this building on the 4th floor this gives total privacy during your stay all the time.

The uniqueness is that you will live in a private ambiance and in the middle of a Marina Town with events and all kind of facilities which will make your stay to a special event.

The property was selected from my side because of the unique view, the special location, the big terrace with a fantastic sunset view over the Marina. The Architecture from the Marina Town is a fusion of Arabic style and Modernity which is very attractive especially for travelers around the world.

Salalah Beach is a Resort in between Salalah City and Taqua. The Resort has a Marina with a Marina Town and 3 Hotels, Rotana Hotel, Juwaira Hotel and a new one called Al Fanar Hotel. The Apartment is located direct on the Marina and the Hotel facilities can be used.

Salalah is located in the South of Oman and has a very specific tropical climate. During the winter months the weather is warm and sunny and during the summer month from May till September the monsoon brings rain and mist to the country which creates a special climate and natural features like rainfalls in the mountain and green mountains.

Nearby the attractions are archaeological sites like Al Baleed, the towns like Taqua and Mirbat are places to visit and as well the mountain region and coastal areas with the blow holes, beautiful empty beaches and bays and other attractions.
