About this property

Villa Corado has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have air conditioning. Ideal for 2 families or 8 to 10 people.
Within walking distance of the lively center and beach L'Ampolla or El Portet.

The top floor has a very spacious living room with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a fully fitted large kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc). Then a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 2 washbasins and a toilet. There is also a large balcony at the front with a large table and at the rear a large (covered) terrace where you can enjoy breakfast for example. Satellite TV with Dutch channels (HD) and DVD player. WI-FI.

The ground floor has its own entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with air conditioning. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher
and washing machine.
Bathroom with 2 sinks, large shower and toilet. The living room is nicely furnished and also has TV with Dutch channels. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

The villa has a modern outdoor kitchen with a large Boretti BBQ.

Finally, the completely renovated (2016) heated swimming pool with saltwater installation.
The swimming pool can be heated for a small additional fee in spring and autumn.
This saltwater installation is many times more pleasant for your skin. No more chlorine tablets are needed.
The popularity of the saltwater swimming pools is increasing at great speed. There are so many advantages for the use of swimming pool salt over the use of chlorine that the choice is made easily. If you use swimming pool salt, you no longer have to work with chemical chlorine. Liquid chlorine for swimming pools has a corrosive effect, it causes an itchy skin, red eyes and a bleaching effect on clothing and hair.
The water from a saltwater swimming pool feels soft and is extremely clear

Fabulous stay and brilliant location for centre of Moraira

We were a family of 8 and the villa exceeded our expectations. Having been to Moraira before the location of this villa was perfect for being able to access El Portet (amazing beach), the marina and the centre itself. The villa had everything we needed for a weeks stay and the host and their representative in Moraira were on hand to quickly answer any questions we had.

Corado House

All in all, we enjoyed our stay however there were some issues that could have been much better. We discussed this with the manager on our departure. Water pressure issues and lighting around bbq area not great. Downstairs toilet does not accept toilet paper which is a major issue when you have 10 people in the property. On the plus side, it is 5 minutes down the road to the town, with restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by.
