Summer Place is well equipped with all the comforts of home & has everything you need & want within walking distance. Private, peaceful & located in secure area. Each room has a private bathroom with independent shower & hot water tank, King size bed, independent A/C, fan, fridge, 2 indoor chairs, closet, internet, TV, Cable, towels, towels, coffee maker (coffee & tea etc.) & water jug. Your patio is trough your patio doors and has a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs & hammock. Common areas too…

Each unit has its’ own keyed, independent, private entrance, private bathroom, shower & hot water tank, King size bed, independent A/C, fan, fridge, 2 indoor chairs, closet, internet, TV, Cable, towels, Pool towels, coffee maker (coffee & tea etc.) & water jug, a garden patio with hammock and patio table and chairs.
Summer Place only has a few rooms and family run. You will receive personal service, feel very safe and well cared for. There is a great atmosphere here, with a good vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation in peace and privacy. You can explore and have local support. Our guests tell us, it is a completely different experience than staying in a hotel. It has been described as feeling more like part of the community rather than a tourist. And on that note, we are happy to assist you with exploring the local spots.
There is a FULLY EQUIPED KITCHEN to cook your meals and a nice area to sit and dine with a view of the pool and garden. The kitchen has large size gas stove & oven, large fridge, microwave, additional coffee maker, deep fryer, bread maker, pots and pans, cork screw, wine glasses, candles, etc… and even a gas BQ and equipment for your barbequing needs. Of course, at Summer Place, you will have all the basics like water, ice, coffee, tea, sugar, butter, oil, salt, pepper & seasonings. There are even hand carts to carry your groceries. Henny is upstairs in her condo and Chedraui around the corner, so it’s not a problem if you ever discover you need something.
There are 6 BIKES WITH HELMETS & LOCKS in the garage for guest use. There are things for the beach like extra beach towels, blankets, coolers (ice boxes) and boogie boards etc. If you need anything, we recommend you ask, more than likely it is here and available to you. Really unless you have stayed at Summer Place before you cannot fully appreciate all the little “extras.”
