The comfortable and quiet family-run hotel is 800 meters away. from the sea area Arenella Siracusa. The beach and the sea are easily accessible from the shallow and sandy backdrops. Nearby, for those who prefer, there are also rocks. The area is quite frequented by residents and tourists. In the vicinity, there is a bakery selling a bit of everything. In Cassibile, a village about 5 kilometers away there are shops and services of all kinds (bank, post office, pharmacy ...).
The villa has two units for guests, located respectively on the ground floor and in the attic, as well as being the habitual residence of the owners.
The attic is furnished with a double bed separated by a partition formed by the living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, TV and air conditioning, WiFi. The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent. The terrace is of exclusive use in the attic and is provided with table, chairs and umbrella for a safe and pleasant relaxation.
The pool with jacuzzi, garden, barbecue, outdoor dining table, patio, shower pool, outdoor bathroom with laundry on the ground floor are common use.
WIFI is available in all environments. Pool open from June.

Perfect stay with a perfect care

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our honeymoon trip. Right from the beginning, Giovanni stayed in contact with us and gave us so mich advice and help. He also planned our trip and the most interesting sightseeings. He helped us in any case and made our stay so comfortable. We felt like home. The whole family is very nice and kind. During our stay we had a lot of interesting conversations. The whole house is very beautiful and very clean. Giovanni cleaned the pool every day. So all in all we had a very good holiday, so we definitely come back soon. Thank you very much for everthing!!

Super Gastgeber, schöner Pool

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus sowie die komplette Umgebung (Garten) wird gut gepflegt, ebenfalls der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag von Giovanni gereinigt. Herzlichen Dank der ganzen Familie!!! Beste Grüsse Dario, Gaby e Michele

Ottimo soggiorno

Siamo stati una settimana in questa casa vacanza. La casa e stupenda il giardino la piscina tutto curato e pulito. I proprietari sempre disponibili e cortesi. Signor Giovanni e sua moglie sono delle persone molto piacevoli. In casa tutto pulito e non manca niente. Il mare e vicinissimo si arriva con la macchina a soli due minuti una bella spiaggia e una mare cristallino. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Bellissimo posto per trascorrere le vacanze in relax. Bell’ambiente, appartamento molto fedele alla descrizione. I proprietari sono molto ospitali e cordiali. Massima pulizia anche degli spazi comuni. La spiaggia vicina è spettacolare! Ritorneremo....
