About this property

A luxury villa offered on this unique development which is situated just above the shoreline, directly below Esentepe village.

This development prides itself on its location and quality homes.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Microwave and dishwasher.

The ground floor consists of Lounge, Kitchen guest cloakroom, A Double bedrooms and a Twin bed bedroom plus a further Bathroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the master bedroom is located. This very spacious Queen size bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with his / her facilities.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating* and very spacious wardrobes

Outside on the ground floor terrace villa is an 10 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.
A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.

Additional services can be provided by including extra housekeeping. The villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.

Ideally located for touring / visiting North Cyprus, the sandy Esentepe beach, Supermarket, Garage, Bank, Bars & Restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive.

The SANDY Esentepe beach is only a few minutes drive east, along the coast road
( entrance at the turning to the Blue Dream supermarket )

This new beach in Esentepe is now complete!
The project to redo the scenic sandy cove behind Tempo in Esentepe to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols has been going on for over a year. It is Esentepe’s municipality that initiated this wonderful beach project is welcomed by residents and tourists. It is a very positive step for the whole of Esentepe, which is constantly growing, as many foreign buyers decide to invest in holiday homes in the beautiful coastal area.
At the beach there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
The restaurant / bar / cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open until late every day.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa with our 2 children and it was well located to Kyrenia

The host was great in coming back to us and the maintenance man, Javed was completely on top of a couple of small issues which came up with and he dealt with them very quickly and effectively

"Beware",not as advertised on line!

Arrived later than expected as our flights got delayed and couldnt find the place to start our vacation . We had to ask a neighbor to help us find the location and finally arrived at 11pm on the 29th of May. No hot water, no gas, and the beds didnt have blankets in the twin room. There was a group of 4 of us and a couple of friends that visited to show us Cyprus. My girlfriend and daughter slept in the twin room and not only found it cold but that the beds were as if the matresses were like box springs, therefore didnt sleep well. We all wanted to have showers but there wasnt any hot water available. Tired and hungry, thought we would cook eggs but the burners werent working as there wasnt any gas available. Following morning called property management to advise on hot water and gas issues . We were told to run the water for 5-10 min to have hot water but unfortunately the hot water was not consistent and we ended up having cold showers majority of the time. Hair dryer was not available in the villa either! Maintenance did replace missing items but the hot water availability was a consistent issue. We really tried to make best of our stay nevertheless, and didnt want to complain but wanted to enjoy our time of vacationing at the villa and on the 1st of May decided to enjoy the pool as it was the highlight of our vacation and couldnt believe how filthy the state of the pool was kept!! When notifying the management of the state of pool, we were asked to leave the premises. Instead of accomodating us to atleast find resolution of the unsanitary conditions of the pool , the property manager was arguing with us in telling us that we could use the net to remove the few leaves that were floating in pool but it wasnt the leaves that we had a problem with , it was this brown caked filth on the tiles of steps and the edges that had alarmed us. The property manager was in argument with us about the condition of the pool even after sendind pictures to show our concerns. We were so stressed as we were asked to leave by 5pm by the property manager that afternoon, meanwhile the maintenance assured us that the pool will be cleaned by Monday 2nd May and it wasnt. The twin bed issues were never resolved and my friend and her daughter couldnt spend another sleepness night on box spring like matresses and decided to vacate to a hotel. My daughter and I did the same, vacated to a hotel. Would not recommend to anyone! Waiting for VRBO/ property to refund us our money

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful few niggles that the manager sorted out straight away. Would definitely stay there again. For the area you definitely need a car as not much locally to walk to. 5 min drive will get you to a supermarket which is really cheap. Shops for tourists are a good 40min drive away. I’d say this place is really good for peace and tranquillity. Pool is a great size and well maintained. The manager was always there to help when needed.

A very comfortable villa, very quiet with stunning views, lots of storage close to the village.

Very easy to book and and the owner was very helpful, close to the village, golf course which is very good for breakfast, supermarket and restaurants, I couldn't recommend this enough.

Amazing

We stayed at this villa for two weeks and had a brilliant time.It is very quiet and peaceful with fabulous seaviews. You do require a car at this villa but if you are prepared to walk there are nice restaurants up the hill from the villa.The owners organised that our bed sheets were changed while we were there which was good.we would recommend this villa to families getting away for a nice holiday
