House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8 Maximum)
This is not just a rental property, it's our second home, and because we live nearby we can ensure that our home is always in top condition for our guests. After a long search we found the perfect blend of wilderness and convenience, adventure and amenities. We enjoy sharing with our guests what we love about this special place.

Why Owner chose Aspen Brook
We can walk out our front door and sit by the water, or stroll up the river to watch elk and other wildlife - no car needed! Nearby trails take us to some of the wildest and most scenic areas in the country, yet we can walk to a restaurant or drive to town in less than 5 minutes.
What makes this House unique
We love sitting on the deck and looking down to the river and up to great views of Colorado's snow-capped peaks!

A nice short stay at Aspen Brook
The house was as advertised/expected and lived up to the VRBO ratings. It was clean, comfortable and a very good fit for our group of four. The house is located in a quiet development on the RMNP side of Estes Park, so it is easy to drive into the park without getting into the Estes Park traffic. We would definitely consider staying in this house again.
This cabin added so much to the enjoyment of our vacation in Estes Park. It is very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were several times we saw deer around the cabin and the deck with a view of the river was very relaxing. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Estes Park.
Great Stay near RMNP
We had a great stay at Aspen Brook last week; the location part-way between Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the quiet surroundings were just what we were looking for. The house was very comfortable. Only issue was that we couldn't stay longer (our own fault). It wasn't until the end of our stay that we walked down to the river to fly fish, and we didn't have the chance to try the nearby alternate entrance to the park. We'll definitely be back!
The house had everything we needed. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and hot water! It was really close to downtown and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We did hike the trails right by the cabin. The location was perfect!
It was nice would have liked it if it was a little closer to the river
It was very easy
All was in order and we had an enjoyable time.
Walk directly into Rocky Mountain National Park through the original entrance along the Big Thompson River. Access the shuttle bus on foot and avoid traffic!
