2 duplex units available for rent.

Our duplex was specially designed to provide our guests a spacious and yet cosy living experience so you feel "home away from home". We hand-picked each furniture and most were especially built from scratch as we wanted to achieve a modern feel but also with the highest standard of quality.

The duplex unit accommodates comfortable up to 6 persons in three bedrooms each fitted with 42” Cable TV and DVD Player. A covered outdoor living area with furniture, its own private pool, fully equipped open plan kitchen with alfresco dining, a large Cable TV, DVD Player and surround sound system. On the upper open terrace, you can enjoy a sunbath or catch up on your reading with stunning views of the tall palm trees and the sea. Private parking space is also available just next to the duplex.

Just 70 meters by foot, walking through a garden alley with no road to cross gives you access to 4 kilometers of pristine, peaceful beachfront of Bang Por Beach. The tropical landscape along this stretch of the coast is particularly stunning with its unspoilt beach; palm fringed sandy beaches and clear water. Shallow coral reefs nearby also provide an excellent snorkeling experience. Sun loungers and kayaks are provided on the beach.

Rental features include:

Comfortable apartment in lovely area

Very well equipped duplex apartment in nice and quiet area of Koh Samui. A reasonable choice of restaurants nearby, but the one straight opposite the apartment is by far the best (lovely local Thai food) and cheapest. Beach is lovely and quiet. Local manager is very helpful. Ideal for family holiday with children, as long as they are not too young due to the open pool and stairs in the apartment. If you want to go out in the evening you need to use taxi's or mopeds to go to Fisherman's village or Chaweng Beach (approx. 400 - 600 Baht one way), there is not much nightlife close by.

Séjour magnifique la thailande est une très belle destination cette résidence est comme sur les photos tout est réel et bien organise le manager Tamp est magnifique sous tout les points gentille simple et souriante et surtout disponible n'hésitez à faire appel à elle pour toutes demandes et consultez bien la documentation qu elle vous laisse dans le duplex personnel pros appartement tôujours propre piscine nettoyé tous les jours vraiment rien à dire de plus les thaïlandais sont très très sympas et serviable j'ai rencontré des personnes très sympas et notamment taxi si besoin je peux vous donner son tel à l'heure etc guide parfait découvrez mais tout est magnifique nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants personne ne voulait rentrer

Happy Samui Holiday!

We had a great time in Koh Samui and the duplex really exceded our expectations. We were really happy just to find something close to our friends staying nearby and this turned out so perfect. We absolutely love the fresh apartment interior.The large open pool terrace at the second floor was great, it really opened up the 'in house' feeling and offered relaxation and convenient refreshing midnight baths.

We were also impressed by the daily service provided by the wonderful and always smiling staff. The apartment always felt as fresh as the first day we moved in. Small details as nicely rolled new towels and sincerere assistance from the staff made us feel very welcomed. We left with many warm memories.

Many thanks to you Rachel for a great experience, looking forward to next time.

Koh Samui - Great place !

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Cosy and nice! The pool is wonderful and the beach is warm, clean and close, in other words : amazing! Such as the staff : really professional and helpful.

Great place to relax and enjoyable : quiet, peaceful and really (really) clean. The restaurants are excellent and cheap.

To visit the island and doing provisions, you need to rent a car directly. thing you can do directly at the duplex. It is so much easier and convenient : thanks to Mrs Tamp the lovely manager ...

I totaly recommand it !

A massive thank you to Rachel & Jean - Charles , the owner who you can always willing to give guidance and to help you =)

Some advises : go and enjoy ! And do not forget the sunscreen : the sun is king ...

There are several western and authentic Thai restaurants along the beach within 500 meters on the left or right, and a few restaurants on the road leading to the Coconut Laguna Residence, including a famous seafood restaurant at just 300 meters. You can also order food delivery from the restaurant just outside the Coconut Laguna Residence, which is really good and cheap.

There is a small convenient store which is opened 24/24 at 100 meters by foot, a supermarket at 4.5 kilometers, and a few shopping malls and hyper markets are at 15 minutes by car. The famous Fisherman's Village (restaurants, bars & shopping) is at 10 minutes and Chaweng (for the night life) is at 20 minutes.

In the night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table.

There are several sightseeing attractions and amusement places in Koh Samui e.g. snorkeling in the unique Angthong National Park, scuba diving, riding quad in the jungle, paintball, go-kart, zoo, crocodile farm, Grandfather/ Grandmother Rocks, Big Buddha, etc and not forgetting the beautiful Santi Buri Championship Golf Course at 2.5 kilometers.

Just alongside the beach you’ll also discover a few nice and cheap massage place.
