Unwind in the comforts of the private backyard with landscaped fish pond, front & back porches, and tree-level balcony. In warm weather, relax inside with zoned central air conditioning, ample seating, high speed fiberoptic internet, whole-house fiber optic internet & WIFI. 500+ TV channels including live sports channels.

Outside spaces for guests to enjoy: front and back porches & back yard, all of which have seating and side tables. Inside spaces: 1st floor: foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, laundry room. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, full bathroom, hallway with closet. Each bedroom has its own closet and storage.

Perfect Safe Location for Checking out the City!

We came in to town to see the Eagles vs. Cowboys game. We are Eagles fans! We only had 2 days to explore, Christinas place was close enough for a cheap uber ride wherever you want to go in the city. Also a nice neighborhood to walk around in, very safe. It was 1.5 miles to the Eagles Stadium. Kitchen was awesome - had everything we needed to make breakfast (As far as pots and pans are concerned, she provided a lot). There was a total of 6 of us. It was perfect! One note, the door knobs, you have to turn both at the same time when unlocked - my dad couldn't figure this out. You may think the door isn't working, its just tricky. (Or we weren't doing something right lol). Thanks Christina!
