Our family invested in this property while we were blessed with the opportunity to live in Hawaii. We were one of the first owners to purchase and we have shared our piece of paradise with many families for the past 10 years. We wish to keep doing it for many years to come and then pass it along to our children as part of their heirloom. We fell in love with the place and we are sure you will too!

We have also contracted with a dedicated housekeeping company with great attention to details, and signed up for a monthly maintenance program provided by resort staff on-site. They also respond to maintenance calls from guests. This ensures everything is well-kept and updated, and that any unexpected issues that may arise can be taken care of in a prompt manner.
What makes this Villa unique
We personally invested our time and resources upgrading and remodeling this villa with a distinctive Indonesian atmosphere. The direction the condo faces helps keep it cool and pleasant under the hot Hawaiian weather, unlike other units. Please note that the villas that are not overlooking the pool/interior gardens are either facing the empty lot of land and the Marriott timeshares to the left of the building, or the parking area and empty lot on the right side. The views from this villa are always protected: you will enjoy a wonderful resort atmosphere with pool views from all bedrooms and lanais, as well as Koi ponds and partial Ocean views.

Hawaii Family Vacation
What a beautiful property. The unit was impressive and the staff was so friendly. We walked on the beach for sunrises and sunsets, swam in the cove and the pools, fed the koi and enjoyed the bar. The best part of the unit was the lanai. Thank you Desiree!!!
READ BEFORE BOOKING
My family and I have come to the Beach Villas every year for the past 5 years. The facility and location are excellent. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The pools and lagoon access are unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay as we always love staying here. However, this particular unit is in need of some owner attention. All of the beds are in terrible condition. Previous comments mention this and owner states that a new master mattress was purchased. There is a foam topper on the old master mattress that has a huge hump in the middle, it is most certainly NOT a new mattress. There was a pillowcase with multiple holes. The two twins are completely worn out in the middle and sag terribly. Much of the floral decor is quite dusty and broken. The carpet in the bedrooms is quite stained. There is no BBQ equipment (such as bbq tongs or metal trays) to be used. There are also no kitchen towels, we used an entire roll of paper towels instead. We had to go to Target to buy our own box of tissues! Our stay was 9 days/8 nights and only 1 of those days did the washing machine actually work. I called for maintenance EVERY SINGLE DAY. There was also no laundry detergent available, but I always bring my own. We only packed enough clothes for half of the trip because we relied on having a washer/dryer. The nearest laundromat is in the next city over. We made the best of our stay and didn’t let these things slow us down. I had hoped to leave a better review, but this unit definitely needs some upgrades and major attention.
We appreciate your feedback as it is our goal to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. However, we are surprised to hear about all these issues until now, especially when we were in communication during your stay. Some of these could have been taken care of if we had known about them. We would also like to clarify:
The king mattress in the master bedroom IS less than a year old, it was bought October 2018, and we’ll be happy to provide proof of purchase to anyone who requests it. We put a mattress topper to make it even more comfortable. We also inspected it after this review and found no hump. On the twin beds there are 2 older reviews from 2018 mentioning them. We inspected them at that point and again this time and found no issues. However, we will look at the purchase date and replace if they are due for that. We have to keep in perspective that our villa is rented to almost 200 families a year and only 3 families have brought up issues with the mattresses. As you can imagine, it is very hard to please everyone’s preferences.
Carpet is deep cleaned once a year and the last time was November last year. After inspecting we will move up the date for this.
Housekeeping leaves an initial supply of soaps, detergents, paper towels and toilet paper, and we inform guests about this in advance on the rental agreement; we are a vacation rental and guests need to replenish these items as needed during their stay. Housekeeping also leaves a supply of towels and linens, and they keep a linen closet in the villa if any items were missed, we just need to let them know. Our villa is cleaned after each check out and re-touched if there are vacant days between stays. Housekeeping is so detailed and thorough that they also offer to go back and address any cleaning issues a guest may find upon checking in, we just need to let them know.
The resort crew provides a preventive maintenance program, and this is an optional service at an additional cost to us as owners. We signed up to ensure all items in the villa are checked monthly to keep them in working condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things malfunction or break unexpectedly, and during a guest stay. We are sorry you experienced issues with the washer, but we responded to every notification in a timely manner and thought it was addressed since we didn’t hear back until after you checked-out on July 20. Here’s how the issue was handled:
Saturday July 13 @ 6pm - Guest reported washer not working; a work order was immediately entered for maintenance and spoke to staff to expedite.
Monday July 15 10:30am 11:30am - Maintenance reported “washer reset tested working properly now”.
Tuesday July 16 - Guest reported washer still not working; spoke to staff and maintenance was sent to the unit right away. Guest confirmed issue was addressed.
Wednesday July 17 9:30am-10:00am – Maintenance reported “washer reset, clean drain & washer is washing on cycle.”
July 24 – Monthly preventive maintenance service reports: “All appliances are working properly”.
Housekeeping and resort staff is always very prompt addressing items brought up to their attention and we ask guests to also keep us informed of any issues they encounter so we can follow up with. There is a reason this is a 5-star resort and all staff and owners strive to keep it like that.
Fantastic place to stay!
Perfect two bedroom condo in Ko Olina. Faces pool and north - so no direct sun to heat up the unit and a great view of this awesome complex. Ocean view is a bit obscured and distant - but interior of complex is a great view in and of itself. Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Great pools, Koi ponds, workout facility and right on a gorgeous lagoon/beach/ocean vista. Highly recommend - we hope to come back in the future!
We loved staying at the property! Place was clean, grounds are beautiful and there were places within walking distance to eat and activities to do!

The apartment is very well appointed and in a great location. We used the snorkels and flippers that are included. No problems with the place at all and we would certainly come back in the future.
