THE FIVE STORY CENTERPIECE of the twin 15-story towers houses the resort's lobby, a fitness center, a rooftop landscaped skydeck, and spectacular year-round water amenities including a covered all-weather pool, outdoor pool, a fun kids' pool, spas, and two lazy river rides.

THE SHOPS, CAFES and NIGHTLIFE of Main Street are within easy walking distance and you'll be just a few minutes drive from Barefoot Landing - a shopping, dining and entertainment mecca and home to the Alabama Theatre, the House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and the Duplin Winery.

A POOLSIDE CAFE, LOUNGE and fitness center are some of the resort's special features. There's even a convenient full-service on-site restaurant. The Avista has in-room washer/dryer or on-site laundry facilities. You'll have FREE resort-wide WIFI so you can stay conveniently connected while on holiday.

Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a private balcony with a view of the beach and ocean. Nice family getaway with amazing views!

The property accommodates our family well. The location was excellent with amazing views from every room. The property was sparsely stocked but did have the essentials.
