APARTMENT IN NERJA - CENTRAL LOCATION -CLOSE TO BEACH ,CAFES AND RESTAURANTS
Set in a secure, gated community overlooking the sea - Fuentes de Nerja has beautiful grounds with orange trees greeting you as you enter. This fantastic ground floor apartment has it all. Overlooking the pool with sea views - relax and enjoy sitting on your balcony .The pool ( which has a lifeguard during the summer months) is surrounded by a lawned area where you can sunbathe. Pool opening times are currently 10.00 until 20.00
( The pool is closed daily from 15.00-17.00 for siesta time )
An abundance of cafes, tapas bars restaurants, shops and the beach are waiting for you just outside Fuentes gates. A short pleasant stroll will take you to the famous Balcon de Europa . So much to see and do, all within walking distance. This is the beauty of this apartment location. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 people and is furnished to a very high standard. It has a large lounge/dining area , two bedrooms one with an en suite and one family bathroom. A separate,modern fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops which includes a cooker ,fridge/freeezer, microwave and washing machine. The apartment has also has a safe for your personal belongings. You will be more than comfortable in this lovely apartment. It's location is ideal as it is accessible by ramps so is suitable for both elderly or disabled guests. The apartment also has the added benefit of WiFi and UK TV. Air-Conditioning is installed with the unit being situated in the lounge/living area . It is operated by € meter on a pay as you use basis.
The apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning/linen can be arranged on request for an extra charge.

Great location !

Very comfortable ! However, very bad odor in guest bathroom and the toilet runs in the other one !

Great apartment. Great views every morning at breakfast. Pool an extra bonus all year round. Here last year and hopefully the next couple of years. Nerja train and horse & carriage ride at appt gates.

Property is in the centre of everything you would need in Nerja. Sea and beach just meters away, basically right next door to 5 of the best restaurants you could ask for. Just a few minutes walk from the Balcon. Overlooking the pool and the sea beyond it’s in a perfect position

Well equipped., welcome amount of basics sugar , salt herbs , seats, good location to town and beach ( not overcrowded ) and view of pool which is wry clean . Nerja is a busy town with mixed visitors . We have now returned to this block of apartments 6 times .
