Lovely complex, but don't rent this property!!
Arrived at 4AM to the filthiest property (no 6) we've ever rented through VRBO. Bins overflowing, dirty floors, blood on toilet seats, blood stains in curtains, blinds falling of the ceiling. Absolutely shocking, not to mention a health hazard. My kids were nearly in tears and felt very uncomfortable in the apartment. The owner could not be reached, despite multiple calls, texts. Contacted the person who rents this on his behalf who could also not reach the owner. 3 cleaners were need to clean the property for 6 hours, removing bin liners of rubbish and linen. Ceiling lights not working, hair dryer dangerous. Property doesn't look like the pictures. Sofa disgusting; was cleaned twice by cleaners and a 3rd time with an upholstery cleaning machine, yet still full of black stains. Outside, crap everywhere. Hot tub shower head detached and a mess on the terrace. We've still not been offered an apology for the shocking state of this apartment. Other apartments next to us were beautiful and well maintained. This owner just wants the cash and not invest anything back in the property and maintain it.
The complex itself is beautiful and in a nice, quiet location with good facilities. The communal pool is amazing and there is an excellent bar/restaurant on the complex which had the best meals we had in Turkey and was run by very friendly Turkish people. Info in the apartment severely lacking and outdated (who are Ozzie and Janet?)
Book this complex, just not this apartment!!
