House built in 1930´s architecturally restored in 2002 and has been featured in design publications in Iceland. House is own by an architect and features many design features such as furniture, artifacts and colorful art collections both local and native american.
Entry on first level, second level contains living rm, dining rm, bath rm, bedrm and a kitchen with a large balcony. Top level contains 2 double bedrm, bathroom and a large t.v. rm with an office space.
The house has beautiful views toward the southern penensula and whales are common both Orcas and Humpback whales can be spotted just a 100 meters from the house. The south penensula is known for its geothermal activity with many geysers and lava rock formations. Winter brings Norhern Lights and 5 min drive, on the southern tip of the penensula, 5 min drive, is the most popular sight for viewing the phenomena.
Historical down town Keflavík is in the city center and walking distance from shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants and museums. One could say that Keflavík is a suburb of Reykjavík for it is only 30 min drive to the city and 15 min to the Blue Lagoon.
