Na Craigean Lodge has a bright, spacious, open plan living room / dining room and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling, oak flooring, and under floor heating throughout. From the comfortable sofas the large picture windows make the most of the amazing views of Schiehallion and also the deer that inhabit the other side of the pond.

These views are shared by the master bedroom which also has French doors that lead out to the balcony which stretches the length of the property.

The fully equipped kitchen, with top of the range appliances and a spacious dining area gives the Lodge a feeling of home away from home where you can enjoy sit down meals together.

Fantastic, cosy cottage with beautiful views

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Na Craigean Lodge and it was just perfect. A modern, spotless cottage with all modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and underfloor heating on the tiled floors. The lodge was in immaculate condition and was a great size, probably larger than we expected. It lies about a 10 minute drive from Aberfeldy so there are lots of activities to do in the local area. Lots of lovely walks close by for all levels of fitness (or lack thereof) and I would definitely recommend visits to Loch Tay, Kenmore, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry.

In terms of value for money, this lodge was outstanding. I would have expected to pay a lot more for this kind of luxury.

I would highly recommend this lodge to couples and families with kids who want to experience the great outdoors! Waking up to those views with herds of deer just in front of you was just fabulous!

The only thing I would mention is that the site is a little secluded so make sure you have a vehicle. That is by no means a negative and should definitely not go against this cottage or review so from all 6 of us who stayed there, it's a 5 star review and we look forward to returning.

Our thanks to Mark and Anna - the owners - who have been very prompt with all correspondence and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent property in a beautiful location

  • 5 of 5

The log cabin has been furbished to a very high standard. The underfloor heating and lovely bathrooms were especially nice touches. The log cabin over looks a small lake full of swans and ducks. Behind this view are hills full of deer and a large Stag who often posed for photographs! The location is great for Alberfeldy, Pitlochry and Rannoch and easy to get out into the great outdoors! Would definitely book again.

Lovely property 10 minutes from Aberfeldy

  • 5 of 5

We spent two weeks touring while using this property as our base. There are many interesting sites nearby including Castle Menzies, Cluny Gardens, the villages of Kenmore and Fearnan, and the town of Aberfeldy. It had been nearly 10 years since our last visit to the area and we were quite impressed with the number of new restaurants and food shops in town.

The property is situated in a small cluster of lodges at the base of a beautiful hillside. Nearby, a small pond was filled with ducks and geese, while the hillside was populated with a herd of deer.

The property is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owner contacted us a number of times to be sure we had no problems. It was a wonderful experience.

Fantastic!

  • 5 of 5

My family & I are just home from a fantastic 4 day stay at Na Craigean Lodge for my Mum's 65th Birthday. Lots of room for us all - six adults, one child & 2 dogs.

Absolutely beautiful lodge finished to a very high standard, lovely decor throughout with pretty soft furnishings & bed linen, well equipped kitchen, fantastic bathrooms all equipped with showers for each bedroom, balcony with seating & tables - basically, everything you need!

We can't thank Anna & Mark enough - we will definitely be back.

Fantastic home away from home in a stunning location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family, (2 adults and 2 teens), came to stay for a week in August 2016 to this extremely homey and comfortable lodge in the Stunning scottish countryside.

It was spacious and very cosy with the under floor heating, and getting out each morning was easy with the three en-suite bathrooms.

What a view out of the lounge and bedroom. Certainly didn't get bored of looking at it when we came home each evening.

We also loved walking through the deer park on the grounds and loved the way the view changed depending on the time of day.

We would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back again in the future.

Thanks for having us,

from

The Baguley's.

Excellent lodge in a beautiful area

  • 5 of 5

A beautifully furnished and clean and well equipped lodge in a lovely area of Scotland. Has all the amenities needed and more. The position is ideal for getting around and seeing some spectacular parts of the Highlands. Several good eateries nearby - try The Logierait Inn and if you go that way, The Ben More Lodge at Crianlarich.
