Enjoy your day beside the pool or walk or drive down the street to the ocean. Location is everything, and this home has it. You can easily take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, just a five minute drive to the ferry. Several great events take place in Falmouth such as the July 4th fireworks beachside and The Falmouth Road Race. Explore the rest of the Cape easily from this vacation house. Also, this home does have central air conditioning and FREE WiFi Internet. Outdoor pool open June-September.

Marathon supporters

We rented this house for family supporting my son’s first marathon. The house is on the marathon route, so it worked out really well for us. It is in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped , which was great for our family dinners. The beds are comfortable and the living room is spacious.

Very satisfied

Very nice and comfortable house. Everything you needed was there. Having the inground pool was the highlight, especially the very hot week we had. Very quiet area and close to everything.

Annual family trip

Owner was not flexible with the check in time earlier than 3pm. Listed as a 2 bathroom however- there is only one bathroom. Owners counted the outdoor shower (no toilet nor sink- just shower) as a 2nd bathroom. We had to remove trash barrels from inside the outdoor shower to use. Although there were patio chairs and a table, there were no cushions nor umbrella available making it an uncomfortable seating area especially in the sun. The house was clean, would be better if the linens were supplied. Renter beware- you only get starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Owner was slow to respond to questions prior to our trip. Kitchen was definitely stocked with pots/pans/plates/utensils/platters. Lawn did need to be mowed but we weren’t there for the yard.

Cozy home in a quiet community few minutes drive from the water

The house is cozy, plenty of room for a family if 4-5 in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in good condition, few of the amenities are old but I’m working order. Overall a great experience, the host is responsive and straight forward check-in/out process. Great for a weekend get away.
