Laguna Residence is a brand new duplex composed of 6 units designed to offer our guests comfort and wellbeing for the period they are hosted at our place.

The building is located on sea side at 70m from one of the most beautiful sandy and peaceful beaches of the island. The beach of 4km long is accessed through a tropical garden alley with no road to cross.

This residence is recommended for families with children or couples looking to relax away from the busy nightlife districts, while keeping a fast and convenient access to all facilities of the island.

Each duplex has two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The first level offers living space, private pool and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom fitted with a king size bed and a private bathroom. At second level, two bedrooms with queen size beds, shared bathroom and a visitor’s toilet. Upper bedrooms open on a flowered terrace with sun loungers and sea view.

The space offers a relaxing environment where at the end of a sunny day, you can enjoy a candle dinner in the breeze of the open living space at the edge of your private infinity pool. Mornings are calm and enjoyable with a fresh drink on the upper flowery terrace while admiring the sun rise from the sea over tall palm trees

Rental feature include:

I am a young retiree and I have been expatriated for 45 years traveling the world.

When I finally had the opportunity to drop my bags in Koh Samui I thought to myself: this is the place I was looking for!

Hence with my wife we bought these two apartments to share our enthusiasm with other people.

We have just returned from spending a fantastic week at Michel's Magnifique Duplex 3 CH in KO Samui . Its an amazing place with everything you need for a family holiday. Inside is everything the pictures describe and better. Our 6 year old grand daughter was continually in the infinity pool whilst we got ready and upon our return. The views from the rooms are simply wonderful, and in such a peaceful setting. It's in a quiet area and a minutes walk to the beautiful quiet beach, which has about 15 good restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute walk along the beach (we did this at least 4 times). But its only a short car journey to the more busy parts of the island (we hired a car for 3 days). We really didn't want to leave and needed longer to enjoy Michel's place and its surroundings. Tamp (and Roberto) were so nice and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. We cant wait to stay again. Overall. its such a high end property at a great affordable price for families. 06/01/16

An excellent place for enjoying holidays

Nice relaxing place with great view to the sea from the terraces, the pool allows bathing any time! Surroundings are just great with plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities

Cleaning personnel very kindly.

Best accommodation we've ever stayed in.

We originally booked this wonderful accommodation for 11 nights, and had booked another 6 nights somewhere else on Bang Por, but we have loved every minute, and cancelled the other, and staying on a further 6 nights here. Michel our host, was fabulous, always quick to answer any questions we had, and to help us if we needed to know anything! The manager Tamp was also very helpful. And cannot fault the cleaning staff. Always immaculately clean, and they were also polite and very humble. Good work girls! The outside deck and swimming pool, which is lit up at night, was a dream and we spent much time relaxing, drinking cocktails on our deck. It's a very quiet area, so terrific for unwinding and relaxing. I cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation, and will definately be back. ThanksMichel and Bang Por, what a holiday! Xxx

Ban Por is located north of the island, at 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Chaweng nightlife and 10mn from craft shops and typical restaurants of "Fisherman village".

Would you choose to relax or practice sports, you will find nearby many opportunities to satisfy your needs: diving, snorkeling, Jet Ski, golfing (Santi Buri Championship Golf Course at 2.5 km), paintball, go-kart, elephant walk, hiking in the jungle. Just along the beach, you will find cheap and good massage places.

Organized activities are suggested in the house books, would you choose to explore the island at your own pace, you have the option of using taxi, renting a car or use the local transportation by tuc-tuc.

Several restaurants located on the beach on either side of the residence, offer a bouquet of western and Thai cuisine, unless you choose for home delivery of a cheap and good Thai meal from the restaurant just across the residence.

At 100m there is a convenience store open 24/24, several supermarkets and shopping malls are at about 15min.
