Laguna Residence is a recent construction composed of 6 units designed to offer our guests comfort and well being for the period they are hosted at our place.

This residence is recommended for families with children or couples looking to relax away from the busy nightlife districts, while keeping a fast and convenient access to all facilities of the island.

Each duplex has two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The first level offers living space, private pool and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom fitted with a king size bed and a private bathroom. At second level, two bedrooms with queen size beds, shared bathroom and a visitor’s toilet. Upper bedrooms open on a flowered terrace with sun loungers and sea view.

The space offers a relaxing environment where at the end of a sunny day, you can enjoy a candle dinner in the breeze of the open living space at the edge of your private infinity pool. Mornings are calm and enjoyable with a fresh drink on the upper flowery terrace while admiring the sun rise from the sea over tall palm trees

Perfect home away from home!

Hubby and I just spent 3 wks here, and loved the apartment!! Everything was just as the owner listed, so no unexpected negative surprises. From the initial message to Michel and Anca, they were quick and so helpful in response to all our questions, they even asked if we wanted to have transportation to meet us at the airport which was great. Upon arrival, the apartment Manager Miu greeted us along with a gentleman who thankfully helped us with our luggage. Miu made us feel so welcome, explaining where her office was and anything else we needed to know. She is very easy to get in touch with, and can help you with vehicle or scooter rentals, taxi's, excursions etc. You'll need cash for these though, as there s no credit card machine available. There is a 7/11 nearby, as well as a Family Mart. Both have ATM's. You'll have no problem finding a wonderful meal, as there are many in the area! One of our favourites was actually across the street! It's called Hom Chang and run by a lovely older couple. Delicious and inexpensive! You can safely walk the beach both day and night, where you'll readily find other restaurants and beach massages. This area of Samui is quieter then others which was perfect for us. You may want to rent a vehicle or scooter as we did, but please remember you are going to be driving on the left side!! The traffic can be very intimidating, so you need to be very watchful of others on the road! Two lovely young ladies will come daily to do a quick clean and tidy up of the apartment. Once a week they come and do a full clean, including changing bedding etc. They are discreet though friendly, and absolutely trustworthy. They wouldn't even take our daily tip which we left on the dining table at times when we'd be out. When we were there, we had to hand it to them or mention it was on the table as they left. The apartments main living area is open with 3 large fans to keep it cool and having your own private pool is heaven!! Just open the awning over it, if you want a perfect haven from the sun. The 3 bedrooms have A/C as well as fans and there are 3 bathrooms as well. The beach is beautiful, the water temperature perfect and it's about a minute walk down a pavered path through tropical plants and palm trees. There are loungers available and kayaks as well. Thank you so much Michel and Anca for everything! Was an absolute pleasure staying in your apartment, would love to come back someday! 😊�

Ein super schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war klasse alles sehr sauber. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat das es am Strand keine Sonnenschirme und keine Auflagen für die Ligen gab, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Einen Ausflug hatten wir gebucht hat auch alles super geklappt,ansonsten hatten wir uns Roller gemietet und die Insel eigenhändig erkundet, war sehr schön. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen

Ban Por is located north of the island, at 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Chaweng nightlife and 10mn from craft shops and typical restaurants of "Fisherman village".

Would you choose to relax or practice sports, you will find nearby many opportunities to satisfy your needs: diving, snorkeling, Jet Ski, golfing (Santi Buri Championship Golf Course at 2.5 km), paintball, go-kart, quad, elephant walk, hiking in the jungle. Just along the beach, you will find cheap and good massage places.

Organized activities are suggested in the house books, would you choose to explore the island at your own pace, you have the option of using taxi, renting a car or use the local transportation by tuc-tuc.

Several restaurants located on the beach on either side of the residence, offer a bouquet of western and Thai cuisine, unless you choose for home delivery of a cheap and good Thai meal from the restaurant just across the residence.

At 100m there is a convenience store open 24/24, several supermarkets and shopping malls are at about 15min.
