About this property

A spacious holiday home, situated on the edge of a Roompot holiday park (10pers). The house is situated on approximately 1000 m2 of land with parking space for 3 cars, a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool, 3 terraces, trees enough for various shady spots, a large windbreak and lots of grass for children playing. The house is suitable for two families and is very suitable for wheelchairs (inside and outside). The entrance offers access to a spacious living room with doors to the back garden and terraces. The living room has a sitting area, dining area and new open kitchen (2019) with dishwasher, combi microwave / oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer combination, extra fridge in the garage. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms and a family room with 4 beds. Upstairs is the bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and double sink. The ground floor offers a 4th double bedroom with electric high / low bed and a bathroom with raised toilet, free sink and very spacious walk-in shower.

The heated swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.

Long weekend

Overall our stay was good, everything was as it was listed (although I would remove the pictures from before the remodeling, it’s confusing) and we had a great time in the pool and playing tabletennis. The beach is a 10 minute walk. However, when we arrived the house wasn’t overly clean. The floors were sticky/had some dirty spots, there were a lot of spiders in their typical places and some undefinable little bugs in the bathroom, where the windowsill also wasn’t clean. However, I believe the cleaning is done by the cleaners of the holiday resort on which it is located, so I would recommend the owner to take that up with the provider of this service. If that is taken care of, I would definitely recommend this place. Maintenance tips: the window in the downstairs bedroom didn’t close properly and the pavement in the garden was uneven in some places, could use an upgrade. And I would recalibrate the pool cover so it closes 100% again. Also better for the electrical bill 😉.

von außen luxus von innen naja - bedingt geeignet für behinderte Menschen

Wir hatten einen Familienurlaub mit meinen Eltern geplant. Und nach einer Unterkunft geucht, die für behinderte Menschen geeignet ist, da unsere Mutter im Rohlstuhl ist. Leider haben wir vor Ort festgestellt, dass das Bett nicht behindertengerecht ist. Es ist nämlich sehr hoch, sodass man auch als gesunder Mensch hoch "klettern" muss um auf das Bett zu gelangen. Zudem war das Bett defekt, und ein Metallstab stand permanent hoch und drückte sich in die Matratze. Der Service von der Anlage hat dies begutachtet und festgestellt, dass ein Defekt vorliegt und das Bett künftig ausgetauscht werden sollte - nunja für uns natürlich sehr unglücklich. Leider ist auch das WC ungewöhnlich hoch, sodass dies von unserer Mutter auch nicht benutzt werden konnte. Somit mussten unsere Eltern auch direkt am Anreisetag abreisen. Das Haus war leider zudem nicht vernünftigt gereinigt worden. Der Boden klebte und hatte Flecken. Der Service hatte sich das angeschaut und wollte sich zwecks Terminabstimmung melden - dies ist leider nicht erfolgt. Wir hatten den Boden dann einfach selber gewischt. Der Sessel im Wohnzimmer hat einen sehr großen Fleck. Der Grill ist sehr alt. Der Garten Tisch total verrostet. Pfannen konnten nicht benutzt werden, da die Beschichtung abblättert. Unglücklicherweise wurden wir auch 2 x in der Nacht von einem defekten Rauchmelder geweckt. Dies haben wir auch gemeldet. Als Antwort erhielten wir, dass der Melder neu sei.. Luxus sieht anders aus!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war in Ordnung. Garten und Terrasse geschmackvoll angelegt, aber ungepflegt und mit Müll vom Vormieter. Der Rasen hätte dringend gemäht gehört, sodass Spiele auf dem Rasen kaum möglich waren. Wir haben trotzdem sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und können das Haus gut empfehlen.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Garten und einem tollen Pool

Für uns war das Ferienhaus perfekt.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ,die Betten waren gemütlich und wir hatten viel Spaß im schönen Garten und tollen Pool.Der Schöne Strand war zu Fuß zu erreichen.
