Welcome to my charming 33 square meters studio located in Port-grimaud. The accommodation is composed of a living room, a mezzanine, a bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally placed on the port of the city and its balcony offers us a magnificent view on it. Moreover, it is located 6 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Port-Grimaud and 3 minutes walk from the heart of the village. Private parking at the foot of the studio.

The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. My studio has 2 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed in mezzanine.

Emplacement parfait, annonce et gestion de l'appartement à revoir

il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que le couchage principal en mezzanine est fait sous comble, accessible seulement en rampant. Propreté du lieu à remettre à niveau, une forte odeur de transpiration dans le comble, l'ensemble des coussins très usagés et tachés, l'ensemble du mobilier et le sol de la terrasse pas propre,(fait 10 jours avant notre arrivée selon gestionnaire). Concernant la procédure d'arrivée, les codes communiqués pour l'ouverture du portail voiture et piétons sont faux, Hostnfly le gestionnaire injoignable, une heure d'attente avant de pouvoir rentrer grâce à copropriétaire qui sortait de chez lui. Un badge doit être placé dans la voiture, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans le guide d'accueil, de plus le badge 2022 n'était pas disponible, résultat un autocollant de mise en fourrière impossible à décoller sur la glace de la voiture ! bonjour l'accueil !!! L'appartement et surtout le gestionnaire devraient subir une profonde remise à niveau pour prétendre à ce prix de location.
