Villa Eos is a welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Eos you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Eos is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the neighbourhood of La Giustiniana. You will find a number of restaurants and shops at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Villa Eos from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately five stairway steps. Please note that at Villa Eos the water comes from a well and might not be drinkable.
To stay at Villa Eos you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery. The pool is open from the end of March until the end of October.

Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Patio
The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are classic. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, two electric ovens, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the greenery, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath 1
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). There is an elegant fireplace. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
