Bel appartement mais hygiène à revoir !!

Bel appartement spacieux idéalement situé sur le Prado bien équipé terrasse bien agréable ou l'on peut prendre ses repas en famille. Malheureusement un grand manque d'hygiène est flagrant, au niveau du congélateur (bacs sales avec une épaisseur de glace ) grille-pain qui a conservé les miettes des anciens locataires salle de bain ou les joints et les angles n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis très longtemps. les couchages n'ont pas d'alèze ni de protection de taie. Le bémol, cet appartement est entretenu par une societé de nettoyage!! à revoir donc

Plaisant avec bord de mer

Appartement très bien situé au regard du bord de mer, spacieux (gigantesque balcon notamment) et bien équipé même si literie un peu légère. Mise en location par une agence qui s'est déplacée un dimanche mais n'accepte pas les chèques ; la caution de 300 euros doit être payée (restituée 10j après). Globalement satisfaisant.
