If you are looking for a family friendly holiday home, close to all amenities with spacious accommodation, Park House is perfect for you.

Park House offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, with bi-fold doors leading into the secure garden. There is a separate TV room (with the addition of a sofa bed and en suite) including a Wii and DVD Player.

Park House offers three airy and spacious bedrooms (plenty of room for a cot if required.) Two bedrooms with double beds and another room with a double bed,a single and a pull out bed (this makes a good room for the children) There is a separate utility area, with washing machine and tumble drier. Park House is situated in a quiet no through road the house is in walking distance of the shops, beaches and restaurants. Widemouth Bay is an excellent beach for surfing, rock pooling and picnics offering enjoyment for all age groups with stunning scenery. The award winning Bay View Inn, is located within 650 metres. There is also a small local shop 550 metres away.

There is a fenced garden to the rear and ample parking for up to four cars. The property is fitted to a high standard and also offers a range of toys, books and games to keep everyone entertained.

This is the perfect base for those looking for a stunning house, with modern facilities, yet close to Widemouth bay, one of North Cornwall's premier bathing and surfing beaches.

Brilliant break, perfect location

We loved our stay in Widemouth Bay. The location was perfect for being at the beach with children as it was only a five minute walk, so easy to head home if someone got cold. The house was lovely and spacious and yet really cosy - and everything had been thought of to make the holiday really easy. The highlight for my husband was the ideally placed outside tap which meant he could 'desand' everything before it came inside. Thank you so much Sarah and family, we had a great time.

Perfectly located, spacious house

We had a fantastic stay, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the lovely Widemouth Bay. The house was a good size for our family of five with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is very well kitted out, the addition of a Nespresso machine would make it perfect (the coffee queues at the café were huge)! The only negatives from out point of view were we found the beds small (just doubles) and we would have liked more than one pillow per person. Overall though I would highly recommend it.

Perfect modern accommodation

Beautiful property with lots of space . We were a family of 4 including two adult ‘kids’ so could have a room each. Lots of equipment in the kitchen and a lovely sun trap outdoor area. Local bars and restaurants superb . A 2 min walk to Widemouth beach. Would definitely recommend.

fabulous cottage

This cottage is in a great area, a short walk away from Widemouth beach. It was exciting to be able to sit on the beach and watch the sunset and then wander round back to the cottage. The owner says that they are trying to create a home from home experience and they have certainly done that. Very well equipped. Beautifully clean. As a previous reviewer has said the beds are small doubles so be prepared to snuggle up or have a bed each. Would defintely recommend

Well designed house with attention to detail

A lovely place to stay, with the benefits of countryside as well as sea. Excellent attention to detail. We found the 4ft double beds a bit small, so we had a bed each in the end as there were only two of us.

We fell in love with Widemouth Bay after the birth of our son, 8 years ago. The stunning coastline and amazing beach took our breath away, and we visited as a family as regularly as possible ever since.
Our dream was to own a little part of this beautiful and tranquil place and this was made possible in 2015, when we viewed and fell in love with Park House.

Why they chose this property

Park House offers everything we could possible want in a seaside property. It is within walking distance of the beach, something my three young children love and equally very close to restaurants and pubs which is a great perk myself and my husband love.
