Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath rooms with lounge/dinner, kitchen and large private south facing balcony in the sunshine all afternoon. The apartment has full home features, Washing Machine, cooker and hob, Microwave, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster, full kitchen wears & utensils.
Brand new modern furnishing. Large flat screen HD TV with a selection of 80 + plus English channels and HD DVD player. All rooms equipped with a ceiling fan. Terrace has Patio Furniture & sun loungers.
Outstanding well maintained Quite private heated communal pool

The apartment is located on a complex in the golf del sur. With a balcony over looking the bowling green. Within a few minutes walk from a volcanic beach.

The complex is wheelchair friendly with ramps and lifts to all levels.
The apartment has a ground floor entrance opposite a lift to the bowling green and bistro restaurant.
The local area is very clean with many amenities close by.
There are bus stops on both sides of the complex where you can get a bus to other locations, and the airport, which is only 9 minutes taxi or car drive away.

Opposite is a 5 star hotel where you can use the gym spar and other facilities for only 30 euros a month.

Great comms with host

Property in a well maintained area. Large enough to accommodate families and close to amenities which were available. Owner was extremely helpful prior to arrival. Wi-Fi excellent, well equipped apartment with games etc available for those wanting them. Only downside for us is it was in an area we don’t normally go to as I’m a beach lover and no beach however it was easy enough to get to more lively resorts. Would stay again, overall we had a lovely time

A lovely Xmas break

We booked this property for a week over Xmas. It was excellent value and we knew the complex well having stayed there before. The view was better that the previous properties we stayed in and the balcony is a good size and gets the sun all afternoon. The comfy sun loungers were a good addition. Wifi was spot on and the apartment was well-maintained

Nice apartment in Good Location

Good sized 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with easy access in a great location. Access to buses just yards away, Crown Green Bowling on site, many restaurants & bars close by. Nice Coastal walks towards los abregos and Costa del Silenceo! Apartment is in need of some minor updating but overall we had a very nice stay even if it was quieter than normal with COVID-19
